Well I thought it might be useful to keep a dream journal to aid in recall and what not. I've known about lucid dreaming for years now (since 7th grade) and only had a couple since i have learned about it's existence. Now i have decided to really pursue my goal of having consistent lucid dreams and not give up. So here is my journal to keep track of my progress in my journey to become lucid.
I will call this my first lucid in my new attempt to consistently get lucid dreams, although i've had a couple before. I started to really try to get lucid dreams around wednesday of this week.
--I have been using Brain Bullet and a subliminal lucid dreams mp3 from Dr. Laura De Giorgio to aid me in getting lucid dreams faster and more consistently. It seems the combo is working quite well.
I have read Billy Bob's tutorials and have found them to be very enlightening, i have been using his pointers on dream yoga to be constantly aware of my surroundings and check for anything unusual often enough so that i can turn over more lucid dreams. Seems to be working. I have also read his posts on schemata and breaking down the rules to, having no rules in ur lucid dreams so that i am not limited by any preconceived notions about them, such as not being able to run or some crap like that.
Last night i used the WBTB method and during the ten minutes i was up i listened to my subliminal lucid mp3
--My Dream--
So i was in this house when i realized i was dreaming, I went outside and got into a little go cart and it was driving to slow so i got off and walked down the driveway. It was back on my old street i used to live on. I was curious to try running since i knew people have trouble doing this in their dreams. I ran across the street, and it felt as real as running does in real life. On the other side of the street i noticed the grass looked so real, so detailed the colors were vibrant. I went to the middle of the street and decided i would give flying a go, I went up in the air pretty high but came back down slowly. I proceeded to walk down the side walk and saw some DC's coming my way one woman had a bathing suit on so i decided to be a jackass and pull her suit off and she screamed and i laughed and kept walking not much else happened as my dream ended shortly afterwards.
Hopefully i can lucid again sometime soon
