Good idea to record your dream journal online, if it's easier to write them down that way. The faster you can write when you wake up, the better.

Don't worry about your recall - dream journals have got to be the most effective way to improve recall.

Old Dreams

1. I'm leaving school, and trying to find my bus. They're starting to leave, and I don't think I'm going to find mine in time. I was right, they ended up leaving with me still there. I wait around there for a while. My memory is fuzzy now, I walked around a bit, I ended up being picked up by my mom in her van.

2. At school again. But this time, it's my elementary school. It's very different in ton of ways. It has multiple stories, rooms that physically would be impossible to actually exist, some hallways turn in to those play type big tubes that you crawl around in, and slide down. One of the rooms is a gymnasium type. I go there multiple times througout the dream, it feels kind of like different days, maybe i went there in multiple dreams. In these games there is floating, balls, goals, I can't remember any more than that, but it was quite compicated, and a bunch of different things went on there.

3. Thinking about my second dream brought back another dream memory of leaving my elementary school, on a bus. It seemed normal, except the route back to my house was very different, much longer. I took this bus several times, I'm not sure if it was a recurring dream or not. One time, we got off the bus and there was some kind of class, out in the middle of nowhere.. not with a classroom, but with a bunch of kids, maybe 50, in groups of 5 or 10, and we each had something we were doing. This is somehow connected to going to some weird house, which involved another type of game that went on there.

4. This brings back yet another memory of being on a bus. This time I'm leaving my house, and going on the way to the bus. Both my mother and my brother are going with me. There was a sled/sledding involved, and somehow the only way we could make it is if we used the sled in the right way. (I grew up in Alaska - always snowy.) It was taking a very long time to get there, and the fear of not getting there in time was quite strong. About halfway down the road to the bus stop, we somehow got bikes, and after a little while longer, ended up running. This scene also happened several times, each a bit different. I'm just realizing that these are recurring parts in dreams, I never knew about that. One time, after getting on the bus, it goes uphill, the normal route. Another time however, it is going downhill, to pick up other kids. I can remember the bus getting to the end of the street, but that's it. The dream however, was a lot longer, and this is only maybe 1/5 of it.

5. Another part of a dream I just remembered. I was walking home after being dropped off by the school bus. All the neighbors houses were different. There were a bunch of secret things/rooms to them, and I was snooping around, discovering things. Dogs were also involved somehow.

6. In this dream, I'm running down a trail on a hill that leads towards my house. There are little sticks and logs that I have to jump over, and it's somehow a race, even though I only remember myself and maybe one other person.

7. Some kind of mountain that myself, my mom, my dad, and my brother are going up. There's a gate, like at an amusement park, and we go through that. Later on, I'm in a large room. It has computers, with flat panel monitors on walls, but the way you pay for them is kind of like an arcade. The main game that people played on these computers was Everquest. (Me and my brother played that game for about 6 months, a couple years after it came out.) There's also a place where they serve food in this room.

I didn't know I had 3/4 of these dream memories until I started writing. I have a lot more that are coming to me right now, but it's getting late and I'm about to go to sleep. Hopefully this will get me some good dream recall tonight
