      SP survivor dream journal

      First journal here

      Since Ive been suffering from sleep paralysis during ten years. It's verry hard for me to have lucid dreams. Most of the time when I fall asleep and I'm aware of it, I wake up immediately. I got rid of me sleep paralysis but there's still some lil' reflex that bring me back to the days where I didn't want to sleep at all.

      So this is my effort to sleep and dream better.
      First, I got to remember my dreams perfectly.


      april 4th:

      1. I was visiting a church with no religious sign in it. Someone was playing loudly with the organ. I was beautyfull.

      2. I dreamed that I was let down by two people who are actully working with me. We where in a bus and I was lying on a pile of peoples. Then I saw those two guys going away without looking at me.


      april 5th:
      1. I was in a bathroom and my father and another unknow man where ''making'' a door so I can'T get out.... and I was helping them! o_o;

      2. I was trying to do something on the net but it was toooo complicated so I stopped (this happend for real too) Then I went to the kitchen and I saw my cousin. He's the kind of person who never give up.

      3. Then I dreamed that I was looking at artwork with some of my friends. I had the feelings that those were my artwork but I'm not sure.

      april 6th 2008

      Before I went to sleep, I was depressed and frustrated (this has nothing to do with my dreams). So I tried to get rid of the negative energie by meditation and breathing. And surprisingly, it worked. Then to help me stay positive, I imagined myself on a beach (i do that a lot). This is better than any sleep pills.

      1. Monsters video game: I don't know if this a half lucid dream but I think I was a bit aware that I was dreaming. I was attaked by a giant canon. And to avoid being hurt I ran behind a tower. Then I decided to attack (didn't know how though). It was fun though but when I was going up in the tower to attack the canon, the dream ended as if this was to much to ''calculate'' for my brain.

      2. The bully: This happend in my grand mother's house (this is a dreamsign). Except the house was a restaurant and there's was a woman who was throwing ice to the other customers. (I watched Wifeswap and there was this familly who didn't care about respect in restaurant)

      3. Tools: I've lost a part of my father's tool. nothing important here

      Only one dream last night: There was a stopped train on a track and the front of the train needed to be replaced. I was pulling another hughe train to replace the other.

      I've been working non-stop since Christmass and now I'm so tired and sick. I guess this is a signal to tell me to stop a lil' bit. I'm a workoolic!
