      The other day i was adopted by GAMEOVER, and he told me the basics of LDing and some other usefull info.
      I properly attempted a WBTB method of Gameovers with alittle bit of Stephen LaBerge's M.I.L.D. But for the first try i was unsuccesful. but thats ok... heres my WBTB method:

      Sleep for 5-6 hours, and set your time so when you wake up it should be around 2 hours before you would usually wake up on a normal day.
      when your wake dont open your eyes just lay still and let your dream/s come to you so you can recall them for journal. then for 30-60 mins(everyone differs) read info on Lucid Dreaming or watch something about dreaming on video, or simply just think about the last dream you just had and keep focused on dreaming and your intentions. when its time go back to bed and repeat to yourself while trying to go back to previous dream
      "I am Dreaming and I know it" or something of your own wordsuntil you fall back asleep.(TRY STAY MENTALLY ALERT)

      I cant say that this method works as i am only beggining and i haven't yet tried it, but if you try it and let me know how it went..

      "Your dad IS my dad"

      This morning i got up went for a leak, then got back in bed (6am)
      where i had a wierd dream, where i ONCE AGAIN was back with my x-girlfriend and was hugging at the local footy oval....then it jumped to a different place as per usual, and i was walking in some unknow outback landscape along a road, where i met an middle age man, with grey beard and hair, due to being old. he was also wearing a beanie(the same beanie that i wear) and it was kind of fuzzy but we were talking and he said
      " Your dad IS my dad " ???? ???? it was wierd.
      It was almost as if i had met myself at an older age...then later on in the dream the old guy poured liquor on fire and it made a huge ball of flame which brought me back to the waking life <img src="http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle"/>
