I've developed a few habits in dream journaling that I should explain. I like to record:
-my sleep every night so that I may some day review it all and see some kind of correlation between sleep time/WBTB/whatever and dream quality/quantity/lucidity
-Memory Methods (MM) I use to recalled a dream so that I may be able to develop better techniques for recall
-Natural Induction (NI) that may explain the content of my dreams
-record a numerical rating (1-10) of how good a dream was based on length, recall, and content
Lucid Dreams and sections will be orange, regular dreams and sections black.
