16-JUNE-08

Title- "Blue Powder"

Time- Drank two bottles of water. Went to bed at 1.30am. Told myself to wake up at 5am. I woke up at 6am. Went back to sleep.


Details-

I'm in my kitchen with my two sisters. They are chunks of beef in the frying pan. Next to the pan in another pan my older sister is mixing two coloured powers into it. The pan on which they are being mixed is not frying. The two powders are brown and blue. Once mixed the power is a bright blue colour. I'm slowly turning the meat so it doesn't burn on one side. My sisters says that I'll like this meal but thinking it looks horrible I say something to the effect of "The Heavans Gate cult ate stuff like this".


Time-Woke up at 10am (alarm)

I had a huge headache last night with terrible dream recall. But, I might as well post what I've got.


17-JUNE-08

Title- "Short email"

Time- Tried a WILD from 1.30am to 2.30am. Felt numb and a sinking sensation. Failed the WILD. Went to bed at 2.30am. Told myself to wake up at 6am. I woke up at 6.0am. Went back to sleep.


Details-

I'm at my computer reading an email from Activision (applied for a position, waiting to hear back). The opening of the email is positive but the rest is blurry.


Time-Woke up at 10am

I used Brain Bullet and the intent on remembering my dreams AND waking up after every dream. It appears to have worked to a certain extent. See below.

18-JUNE-08

Title- "Explosion/Hair"

Time- I went to bed at 12.30. Woke up at 3, 4 then 7. Had a VERY hard time getting recall. I jotted down what I could find.


Details-

I'm hovering over the roof of an old French looking building. It reminds of a level from Medal of Honour: Airbourne. Sitting on the roof is Daniel Day Lewis and another person. The have many weapons and bullets on the roof next to them. Although I can't see it over the roof, down on the ground is the British army firing at them with muskets and canons at them.

As I woke from this dream, as I tried to hold onto details I heard a massive explosion. I was convinced it was real. Just then I was convinced that the guys in my dream blew up the building and planted two bodies there to throw off the British army. Don't ask me how, it just made sense to me for some reason.

Another detail I can almost remember is me getting a new haircut. It looks very much like an 80s style. I get a comb and brush the back so it doesn't stick out. My hair colour in the dream is black.

Woke up at 9am

I demand to be the 1st person to post here!!!!

Actually, I had the random urge to look at a DJ. Your's happened to be the 1st one I saw.

This DJ's coming along well. And it looks like you have 2 signs. Hair and office rooms.

Thanks for the comments guys. Last night I woke up at around 5, didn't budge and tried to slip into a dream. Didn't work. For some reason I couldn't get back to sleep.

Also Snowy, that may be the case. However, tonight I was dreaming yet again about a character from Battlestar Galactica! The plot thickens...

19-JUNE-08

Title- "Icecream/Hulk"

Time- I went to bed at 12.30. Woke up at 3, then 5.


Details-

I'm standing on an unknown street with a friend of mine. He doesn't look familiar to me but I just know he's a friend. We meet up with two men. My friend buys some Marijuana off them. He lights it and takes a puff. I ask him if I can try it. He hands it to me and it looks like a chunk of black ash. As I hold it for a second I believe I crushed it. But I soon find it and take a puff. I don't like it and make an excuse to leave. I tell my friend I'm going home. I walk for a bit and soon the unknown street becomes my street. I walk around for awhile and in my head I'm hearing the song "China Girl" by David Bowie. I keep walking around and soon see my friend walking past. I then turn around and walk towards my house. I get to the door and ring the bell. Standing next to me is a dark haired girl holding a bunch of fliers. My sister comes to the door but doesn't open it yet. I have to wave until she see's me. She opens the door and she doesn't even acknowledge the girl holding the fliers. I go into the kitchen and my sister is making ice cream in a large bowl. Sitting next to the dish is a box which contained the mix. I take the spoon form her and taste it. The ice cream is white.


I'm in my room. The room on one side is cleared and covering an entire wall is a huge HD-TV. I'm sitting on my rocking chair but it looks to be about three times bigger than it should be. Standing next to the screen is Katee Sackhoff (an actress from Battlestar Galactica). She says while laughing, "You accepted it without looking at the scipt?". On the tv is the comic book character The Incredible Hulk. It looks to be off a videogame version of him though. Visuals are very cartoony and bright. The city in which he's in is very dark only for many neon signs and archways.

Near the end of my dream I think I remember someone saying "This is a dream and you didn't do a reality check".

I woke up at 9am.

However, last night was a complete blank. I got to bed at 3am and I think that's what caused me to have no recall. I didn't even have a hazy notion about what happened when I was dreaming.

So, in attempt to make a mental note.



20-JUNE-08


Time- I went to bed at 3am. Woke up at 6, then 11. No recall. I put this down to distruption of regular sleep pattern.

Last night I had some pretty good recall for one of my dreams. I'm not sure if this is because of affirmation or change in diet (bananas, peanut butter). Either way, I'm pleased. I also dreamt about a book about lucid dreaming. I assume it's slowly working it's way into my head.

21-JUNE-08

Title- "Lucid Dreaming Book"

Time- Went to bed at 12.30. Woke up at 3, 6, then 10.


Details-

I'm on a college tour. I'm in some sort of large dressing room. In the room with me around four people from college. I walk over to a small black safe box and look inside. Just then more college friends come in. I feel as if I was caught steeling something. The people in the room start picking out costumes to wear. We have to get ready by 11am, it's 1040am. We can only dress up as characters from Grand Theft Auto 4. Most get their costumes on while I still search for one. I choose to dress up as Little Jacob. I walk around looking for a costume and meet my college friend Martin. He doesn't have as costume either so we go looking together. We walk out of the dressing room directly into a massive warehouse which contains a nearly endless market.

We come up to a shop window. It has a heavy metallic shutter covering it. Martin knocks on the shutter. A woman opens it. Martin asks for a costume but she doesn't have anything for him. I ask the same question and she only gives me a small tub of "black" makeup. I smear some on my face. I also asked her for "leopard skin bottoms and top" but she didn't have any.

We decide to walk a bit further and walk into a comic/book store. We walk past Batman comics and come to a self full of books. I glance over them and see a book called "Controlling Dreams". The cover looks very dated (80s) and on it is drawing of a man with blue skin. I tell Martin, "Would you think they have a book about Lucid Dreams?". He says, "they should" and picks up a yellowish-brown colored book. It's smaller in size to an average book but only just by a little. He hands it to me. I glance over it, look at the back and the authors surname is "SAGUE". At this point, even though the name is wrong, I know that this is the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen Laberge. I check the price and it's 2.99. I tell Martin I'm going to buy this and go to the cashier. The cashier is an old man around the age of 65. He takes the book, looks at it and says, "I can't sell you this no. We need to check these. Come back another time". I say, "Ok" and leave the store with Martin. As we walk out I ask Martin if my "black" makeup is still on my face. He says, "no". I glance into the stores glass window as we leave to check myself.

Myself and Martin keep walking and appear in my town. I check my watch and it's 11.20am. We're late. As we walk Martin remarks on how easily I gave into the receptionist not selling me the book. I tell Martin, "I'll buy it another day". We walk a little further and Martin starts humming a song. I join in by deliberately sining in a high pitch screeching voice. I notice two men behind us so I stop. The two men walk past us and one of them is a friend from college. The other has a beard.



Title- "Watchmen Movie trailer"


Myself and my brother are watching the trailer to the upcoming movie of The Watchmen. Rorschach from the movie is standing on a street using Optic Camouflage similar to that seen in Metal Gear Solid and Predator. He's holding a large Samurai sword. He turns off the camouflage and he's suddenly visible. The next shot is of the character NightOwl standing on a street. My brother sits up and shouts, "Cool".


Woke up at 11.30am.


At first I didn't remember a single thing and was quite annoyed but I lay there for a bit and it all came back.

24-JUNE-08

NOTE TO SELF- Napping during the daytime prevents me from feeling tired at night and upsets my sleep patterns. On this night I went to bed at 12am and stayed awake until 6am. Got three hours of sleep.

This morning I only managed to pick up a fragment of a dream I had last night. If I recall more i'll pot it here...


25-JUNE-08

Title- "Girl in room"

Time- Went to bed at 12.30. Woke up at 3, then 9


Details-

I walk into my room. The room is empty apart from my bunk bed. All of my belongings from under the bed and taken out a pushed up against the wall. Siting on the ground is a girl. She is the person who has done this.

27-JUNE-08

Time- Went to bed at 1am. Didn't get to sleep until 4am. Woke up at 10am. Ate peanut butter before bed.



Title- "Howard Stern/Cancer"

Details-

I see images of the radio shock jock Howard Stern, bald and bed ridden. It appears he has cancer. Next to him in a bed is the actress Mary McCormack. She is missing her left breast after an operation for breast cancer.


Title- "Sister short hair"

Details-

I walk into my kitchen and see my mother and my two sisters. My older sister has a different haircut. It's greasy looking, straight and matted down to her head. They are watching tv.


Title- "Sister/Westlife"

Details-

I'm in my sisters room. I'm sitting on an unusually small bed by the window. She shows me her new DVD of the boy band Westlife. I look at the cover.

could you read the cover well enough, or did you just " know " it said Westlife or whatever?

Nah, not really. It was a dark blue cover that only had a picture of the band on it.

30-JUNE-08

Time- Went to bed at 1am. Woke up at 10am.


Title- "Mugabe contest"

Details-

I'm in my kitchen standing at my fireplace. Across from me at my table on opposite ends is Robert Mugabe and a young nerdy man. Behind me I can hear a gameshow-like crowd talking and clapping. The clapping quietens and the nerdy man makes a comment about how he drinks a lot of apple juice. Mugabe starts laughing and the crowd join in. He says, "it's very healthy" and laughs some more.

Title- "Life on mars"

I'm watching the American remake of "life on mars". The famous Cortina car. Out of it gets John Simm playing Sam Tyler (British version) and Jason O'Mara also playing Sam Tyler (American version).

2-July-08

Time- Went to bed at 2am. Woke up at 10.30am.


Title- "Scientology Ritual"

Details-

Myself, my two brothers and my younger sister are in my sitting room. The couch is pushed up the the fireplace and we are behind it cleaning up for some dinner event. I walk into the kitchen and see John Travolta. He's placing cloth over an odd shaped table. He looks old but has brown hair. He says, "I will begin he old order". I run into the sitting room and tell my brothers and sister about what he said. I tell them to act normal and not to be too obvious that we're listening in on them. I walk into the kitchen and like a zombie I say, "Will I fix the sheet, sir?". He says "yes". I'm in the sitting room again and I see Otacon and sunny from Metal Gear Solid 4. I feel as if what just happened in the kitchen was a dream. I tell Otacon that a voice just told me about a dream I was just in. He turns to Sunny and says, "That was your mother, Sunny".

I don't understand. Is that a Scientology ritual?

Oh sorry.

No no. It was just my mind making up some random garbage. I should have stated that. In the dream it appeared to be an organised ritual-like act.

That makes sense. Interesting ritual, though.

6-July-08

Time- Went to bed at 1am. Woke up at 10.00am.


Title- "S.H.I.E.L.D"

Details-

I'm in a large house with my eldest brother. We are in a beautiful kitchen. I'm looking out out a small rectangular window. I see a convoy of cars making it's way toward my house. It's S.H.I.E.L.D, a corporation from the marvel comics universe. One of the cars in the convoy is black.

7-July-08

Time- Went to bed at 1.30am. Woke up at 8 then 9am.

Title- "Going Bald"

Details-

I'm looking into the mirror in my bathroom. I'm checking my hair. I'm horrified to find my hair line is receding at the edges.


Title- "Apologise"

Details-

I'm watching TV. The news is on. There's a politician on the TV talking via a phone. They have a number on the screen. It seems that a foreign politician has made an anti-British comment and that other people of his nationality can call up to apologise for his comments. They show a diagram of a bunker and beside it says "Iran".


Title- "Ashes to Ashes"

Details-

I'm in the TV series Ashes to Ashes. I'm with the main actress Keeley Hawyes and some news reporter. We are standing by some quarry at the waters edge. I can see that the water is shallow because I can see the cobble stones at its bay. I walk into a nearby room and see Gene Hunt, the main character from the TV show. He puts on the radio and a song from the 80s plays. He starts dancing. I laugh and tell him he's very funny. The villain from the show comes in and shoots both of us. I get shot twice in the shoulder. I hit the ground. I'm covered in blood. The ground is covered in blood and pieces of glass. In pain I crawl toward the door as the room turns into my kitchen. I crawl out of the door and I see a girl walking down the stairs. As she gets to the bottom she looks at me and laughs. She thinks I'm joking. I crawl some more and she starts crying and gets to her knees. I crawl to her and turn over. She cradles my head on her knees and hands.

12-July-08

Time- Went to bed at 1.00am. Woke up at 10am.

Title- "Green Syringe"

Details-

I'm in a large house. It looks very American. I grounded in my room but look out my window. I see an old friend from my past. He's making his way towards my house. He rings the bell and my mother lets him in. As soon as he enters I open my window and crawl out. I then go to my own front door and ring the bell. My mother answers it and lets me in. She is my mother but she looks totally different. I walk to my friend and tell him we can talk somewhere else. I walk toward my room but we stop mid-way. He talks out a syringe filled with green glowing liquid. I tell him I'll try it out. I feel nervous. I turn away from him and suddenly get a feeling like I'm in a dream. The words "Is this a dream?" races in my head. I plug my nose I can believe I am lucid. I turn back to him but instead of him is a girl. Everything fades out.



Did I become lucid for real there? Hmmmmmmm

13-July-08

Time- Went to bed at 1.00am. Woke up at 10am.

Title- "Girl in prison"

Details-

I'm in an apartment. It's quite small and one room instead of having a door has a jail call door. In the cell is a woman. I call the police and tell them she broke into my house. I wait as they get there. I let them in and tell them not to take the black hood off her face and head until they're a bit away from my apartment in case she tells someone how to get here. One of the police is Ron Perlman the actor.
