i havent remembered a single dream since my first and Last lucid!
then again, i havent been going to bed till 2 in the morning for the past 3 weeks.... is that why i cant remember my dreams?

i have the same exact problem. so i'm pretty sure that is the reason. I haven't really been able to fall asleep until 2 or 3 in the morning for most of the summer. Normally, i have very good dream recall. but this summer almost every morning when i wake up i instantly forget anything. It's like i didn't even have a dream. so getting to bed late definetely has some effect. I'm just gonna set my alarm clock to real early, so i don't get much sleep, and then i'll be tired earlier.Quote:
