WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? IT FELT SO REAL!!! i wanted to fall back asleep but my heart was racing a mile a minute, no chance in hell id fall asleep after that

also when i flopped to the ground in the dream i was froze in the exact same position before i fell asleep and when i woke up

its wat happens wen u fall alseep with bla-bla-bla noise in the background.

What i'm guessing is that you just had a bad dream and you forced yourself to wake up.While forcing yourself to wake up you probably experienced a little bit of sleep paralysis.

i was wondering if it was sleep paralysis.. cut it would have explained a bit... lol the only scary part in the dream was not being able to move though... everything else seemed nice and cozy
