Bed, Toilet & guy

I had this dream the other night and its real wierd.

My bed was next to the toilet but it weren't a bathroom or a bedroom. all i could see is my self laying down and this toilet bowl. in my dream i was with a friend and he was going toilet. and i could see myself, the bed and the toilet. i cant work out what the significance is. He peed on the toilet seat (i didnt say a word) but then he put bleach on his hand and started cleaning the toilet with his hand covered in bleach.
Then the dream went to me sitting at the computer chatting to some people and he was running back and forth to the toilet.

Strange innit.

I was thinking he must have a water infection or something.
