March 16, 2009

I'm not to the point of having LDs yet, so this one is a regular dream. Basically it was pretty short because my REM cycle had just started I guess, when my alarm went off. It was an old friend (Michael) and I hanging out and his house. I haven't seen him on a regular basis in maybe 5 years. Then suddenly his house becomes so sort of ghetto tent with like sticks and tires holding up tarp, but all the stuff from his house was still under there. This was totally weird because I haven't even though about this dude in a long time and I have a dream about his house? Then it being a tarp tent? Wow.

Later that night I had another dream. This time my friend Taze and I were watching Nightmare on Elm street at first, then we sort of poofed to a fast food place. By this time he had changed into comedian Bernie Mac. As he was walking back to the table with the food he took a pill and passed out on to the floor. I rushed over to him and yelled call 911 (still feeling it was my friend and not Bernie Mac). Someone finally did but by that time he was Taze again and got up. I tried to get him to stay down in case something was wrong and to wait for the ambulance. This really pissed me off and I got up and stormed out of the room. That's when I woke up....or so I thought.

I woke up to write that dream down in my dream log as I had my first dream, then rolled over and went back to sleep. Then when I woke up in the morning to review my log, all I saw was the first entry. I had had a false awakening and written down my entry. That was my first one of those that I remember. It was really creepy but felt like break though at the same time.

Ok this dream was a pretty long one but I'm gonna try and sum it up. It was also non-lucid. It started with the same old friend (weird, two dreams with him in it within three nights) and Lee. We were all at some kind of Golf range/elementary school/playground. Lee was being boring and stayed with his dad and sister at the golf range while Michael and me went to the cafeteria of the school (like 20 steps away from the golf range). They wouldn't serve us though because we were to old. Then something happened with the cubbyholes holes for the kids but It wasn't very clear and I can't really remember. Then we went another 15-20 steps to the playground where I preceded to ride the merry go round and I flew off really far and hit my head, but it was fun and did hurt at all (which should have been a sign I was dreaming, but I do that kind of stuff in real life so not really, except for the not hurting part). We then went back to the front where Lee was and I was suddenly playing a video game on the big screen beside where they were hitting the golf balls. It was some weird game where I had to go to different parts of a level and I could spell things on the big board. I spelled a couple of words and it was cool, then I tried to spell Lee sucks and the game kept resetting and wouldn't let me. Then I woke up.
