Just decided to start a DJ in the hopes of attaining lucidity! I'd like to note my semi-lucid dream as well which occured a few nights ago..

Semi Lucid Experience

I was dreaming that I was with my girlfriend somewhere, I don't remember where, but anyway, I found myself thinking that I had better wake up in a timely manner or I won't wake up in time to meet my girlfriend downtown for breakfast at 9! And then I woke up.

Last Night's Dream

Last night I dreamt I was with a crew filming underwater at a beach. We were just swimming under in murky water, but then the water turned crystal clear at some point, and we were involved in a high speed chase of an octopus haha. By the time I was chasing it I was alone and I could run across the seafloor with minimum water resistance. The octopus could not move off the ground and had to navigate though these brown pebbles littered on the floor. My dream became quite clear from here on. Then I surfaced alone.

It was dark and stormy and I was quite a ways from the beach, and I may have got another semi-lucid experience. I say semi because I didn't actually know I was in a dream, it just felt super realistic and I had some sense of control.

I thought I had better swim with this giant wave about 50ft high and bodysurf to the beach, which I proceeded to do, and landed on the beach. Then I climbed up a stone wall and reached up to a ledge with a lot of people looking at the giant waves in awe. This wall was quite high as it towered over the waves, which were giant themselves.

It was quite an awesome dream, but I have yet to become fully lucid and able to create anything. Usually my dreams are fuzzy but these seem clear and I feel like I can control my own movements, but I am trapped in a scene I distinguish as "real".
