Thread: billygan's dream journal (going for task of the month)

I had 2-3 dreams this morning, but because I did not write them down in my dream journal (outside of DV) I don't remember any of them! On my next lucid, I plan to knock out the task of the month as well as one part of the task of the year. I'm going to ask my father, "Do you think that I could fight a sith on the Great Pyramid of Giza?" and I just HOPE that he'll respond with "I don't know... let's find out!" and from then on I'd go fly or teleport there, summon a sith, and then fight him. Of course, that's IF I get lucid before July...

I had three dreams this morning. Guess how many are lucid! ZIP. NADA. ZEROOOO. Whatever. They were great dreams

First Dream
I'm in a Safeway and I'm talking on my cell phone with my mom going through isles which seem color coded so that part of the store looked like a rainbow. I decide to go buy some bread to eat while my mom decides to come in, hand me a bottle of wine, and continue shopping. For some reason, it's unusually heavy and after carrying it for a while, I drop it.
"Shit."
I track down my mom and tell her. She asks if it broke, but I show her the small crack that appeared.
"Well let's go repair it then." I think of duct tape over the crack, and that should do.

Second Dream, then Third, then back to Second
I'm in my old elementary school which is now closed down and has been for around 4 years, and me and my friends are at the playground, then everyone goes over to the basketball hoops and starts to play basketball.
"What about wallball?!" I shout. With that, two separate wallball games start. It's weird because everyone who joins my game are girls. Normally I would be fine with that but there are some creepy girls there. However, my friend later joined and he has the same birthday as me. I'm owning at wallnall but then a girl who "doesn't know how to play" got me out. I go to the end of the line and everyone from the other game is gone, and my friend with the same birthday somehow teleported to the doors of the school at the top of the hill. At this time, I have a false awakening and I say to myself, "I need to figure out how to become lucid." I didn't do a clock RC because I was trying to FILD. I phase back into my dream but I still am not lucid. I go up and explore my old school and it seems as if everything is still there from when I was attending it, papers, homework assignments, the art we made, everything... even though I saw it completely empty in reality (STILL not lucid). I had to retake a series of tests that I apparently took in kindergarten (never happened in reality) that tested you on math, science, etc. and I aced them. Some lady in her fifties was having a lot of trouble, but she had a mental disability or something. Then we were all leaving the school, I was one of the last people out, but then a creepy substitute I had in middle school appeared and asked me what I was doing there. I told him that I used to attend this school a while back and then he asked me where the fifth grade classrooms were. It was kind of weird, but I showed him and ran outside.
Third Dream
I am on the top of a train car with two of my friends and we are moving at high speeds. We have fun trying to get M&M's into each others mouths by tossing them up in front of us and letting the wind power from us moving so fast carry them into their mouths. I notice the ceiling hatch of the train car we're on top of is open and so I peer in and see a little hay and ask what it's for.
One of my friends says, "For the carrots."
Then I say, "Oh."
Back to the Second Dream
Then somehow I was at the other side of the school and I get on my "school bus", which was really like my sister's car, but longer. The person driving was the same bus driver I had. We ride back to yet again to the other side of the school (pointless, I know, but it's a dream ) and she drops us off. I then take half of my friend's sandwich and eat it on the way home, only to find that my 30-something-year-old sister and her 3 kids have moved into a house 10 seconds from ours.

Then I woke up.

I've been at the beach for since Monday, and I didn't get to do anything about June's task. However, I had a great and long lucid dream this morning.

Lucidity Details:
I'm in my school cafeteria. I decide to do a reality check. I try to fly so I close my eyes and put my arms out like Superman. I know that won't be enough to fly so I imagine the breeze of the wind as if I were flying and then I fly across the room, thus becoming lucid for most of the dream.

Then after landing, my parents come in and I'm thinking "Oh, no..." to myself and then they completely embarass me in front of everyone. Then they disappear and I get in line for pizza, which everyone gets because that's the lunch for today. The lunch lady, being a bitch, won't give me pizza because she think's I already took some.
"I didn't take and yet, I'm being 100% honest."
"Sorry, too bad. You already had some." (When I wake up, I think, what the heck, I was lucid and I didn't do anything about it. However, I lost lucidity at that point and gained it back again after).
Then I go up to a different line and get pizza there. I go to the table I usually sit at and eat my pizza. My friend Ethan (probably popped up into the dream because I was watching 90210 before I went to sleep LOL) always likes to eat lots and lots of fruit, but this time he asks me to go get him some lettuce. I was like, "Lettuce? What about fruit?"
"Just get me some lettuce." So I go to the salad bar and get some lettuce but the salad bar lettuce turns into mussels but I just keep getting some. (The mussels are from a show I was watching on the food channel before I fell asleep, called The Best Thing I Ate With Bacon, and one of the host's food item was called Angry Mussels which had bacon in them, and that's how they got into my dream.) I was hoping, as I got the mussels, that they had bacon in them. I go back to Ethan but he doesn't like mussels so I eat them. Then somehow I am in my hotel shower (I am currently at the beach) and then some weird guy pops in and I can't say what happened. Then I go down near the gym of my school, and the weird creepy substitute that I had in my last dream (up one post) is there, but luckily I had used my new lucid power, invisibility. I can see myself, but others pretty much ignore me. It's pretty creepy how he lurks around in the dark (it's a bit past sunset) and some girls go into the bathroom. Then the sub's little daughter wants to go to the bathroom but he sends her into the boy's bathroom because he doesn't want her going into the bathroom with the teenage girls. I run into the bathroom because I have to go but somehow the daughter sees me. She notices my shadow and says, "Daddy? Someone's in here with me." Before he sent her in, he checked to make sure no one was in there, so he was alarmed. I run outside quick and somehow it's daylight, my invisibility is off, and the sub, his daughter, and the girls are gone. Instead, there's these 2 five or six year olds being gangsters on the stairwell. I deliberately run into one on my way up, knocking him down, but acting innocent and apologizing. He buys it and we do some sort of gangster handshake. Afterwards, I try to do another lucid power, but I can't remember which. Whatever it was, it didn't work.

Then I think I half-deliberatly half-accidentally wake up but I wanted to continue the dream and embrace the lucidity! Oh well, great dream.


Somewhere in the dream I think of doing the task of the month, but I put it off for two reasons: One, I can do it later. Two, it's too late since it's July now.

I HAVE DISCOVERED A NEW DREAM POWER!

I had a weird and jumbled dream this morning, part of it was lucid, it was hard to recall but I do have some fragments of it:

Fragment 1
I'm in a garage with a guitar in my hands and a woman walks up to me then leaves. I walk up to her and show her something that I saw and she runs after me with my guitar, puts the strings to my back and moves the guitar up and down, so to grind the strings into my back.
"That doesn't really hurt." I imply casually.
"Oh yeah? How about this?" she replies, and then smashes the guitar over my head, breaking it into two pieces.
"Damn." I say as she disappears.

Fragment 2
I'm in my house with three of my friends, two female one male, and we're fighting some evil demon lord but we mess up, and while we are talking, I interject.
"Hey, why don't we just use my powers to try again?" I'm talking about my new found power of going back in time in a dream and restarting from there. Everyone who was touching me when I used the power would go back with me into a certain point (I'm not sure whether I have to be lucid when using it, but at the time I was half-lucid, hard to tell). Before I go over to them, my male friend comes over to me and says, "Can't wait to go back in time. Fool around with <one of the female friend's name>, eh?" I agree with him. Then we go over and I tell them they have to be touching me for it to all work, then they do and I start the spell, and then <same female mentioned one sentence before> disappears immediately and I just go off.

"What the shit? What the shit? Oh my fucking god! What the shit? What the fuck?" It's pretty funny now that I wake up and think about it .

The other female friend just keeps telling me to calm down, then I use common sense and say, "Oh. She was in a different place than we were at the current point we go back in time. Duh." I calm down and we finish traveling back.

Then I wake up, almost again deliberately this time. It's weird. I curse because I'm all "Damn. Shoulda kissed her." And I try to fall back asleep but I'm too awake too >.<
