I dont know why I'm making this thread, does anyone really read these things?!

Ok, so for the past month now I've been having extremely vivid dreams, that is, the ones I am able to recall. As of late, I've been having dreams about my girlfriend, four nights in a row to date. I can understand why I dream about her so much, but I'm curious as to the cause of the vividness. Hopefully I intend to start using some B6 and Melatonin by the end of this month, I'm really looking forward to starting that. So yeah, I'll try to keep this up to date as best I can.

And thus it begins! I managed to buy some Melatonin and B6 by the end of the day instead of this month :lol: So I will start tonight. Its says take 2 tablets of Melatonin and 1 tablet of B6, I'm not going to go over that limit, so I can keep this experiment consistant. Well, I'll let you know all about it in the morning!

So I took a few tablets of B6 about a half hour before I went to dinner tonight (your supposed to take it with food). First of all, let me say that the food here sucks... lots. Anyway, I get there and I had some turkey and green peas, some pasta (three different kinds actually), hamburger and fries, two classes of pop and a cookie. Now I'm a tinny guy, so this is a ton of food for me. I could live off of that for a week! But no, I ate all of that within 15 minutes!!!! :shock: The guys I was with just sat and staired at me the whole time! :lol: After I gordged myself I found that I was zoning out like crazy! I guess one of my buddies was almost yelling at me and I didn't notice until he hit me. Now my hands are really active, like I have to keep moving them. It feels good to type. I still havent take the Melatonin yet, OOOO I'm looking forward to that! I laid down for a few minutes and my face got tingly, I felt like I was floating. No head aches or any pain in my body. I did get a sensation of light headedness but it was gone within a few seconds and hasn't come back. Cool stuff guys, I'm liking it! Tonight should be really good!

I dont know if this is normal, but im pretty doped up right now. I feel like Im drunk and high, Im zoning out like crazy!

I laid down again and had a semi-lucid dream. I had some control but not total. My buddy came in and woke me up and then I went to go relieve myself, but now I've forgotten what I was even dreaming about except that I was a little lucid. I'll be going back to sleep within the hour for good cause I have class at 8. Note* I feel hung over, so I'm going to drink some water. See you all in the morning.

WOW Super vivid dreams! It was like reality, everything was so clear, nothing was jumping around or didnt make sense. My dream didnt all of a sudden switch over to something new, it just stayed on a progressive track. When I woke up, I felt very rested. So far this stuff works.

Again, very vivid dreams, and I'm able to recall most of it.

Heh, well, I normally don't -- but lately, I've decided to actually show some interest in other people's dreams, in case I ever decide to make an official journal.

Mazeltov! Glad you found something that worked. Maybe in the future you could be a little more succinct about these more vivid dreams of yours? Share some more details -- that is, if they aren't too personal --?

On an aside, sorry to hear about the chazerei. What do you think would happen if you ate food that you really liked? Do you think it would have an even greater effect on the process or no?

Here is an example of one of my dreams:

I woke up (false awakening) in my bed here at campus and looked around. Everything was the same, as far as I could tell, so I got up. I walked out into the hall and went down to my buddies dorm, there I found him playing Halo 2, just like he normally does. His room was still uber messy so I left and went back to my room. My door was closed, though I had left it open. I placed my hand on the handle and griped it tightly. Now usually this doesnt work in my dreams, my hand would go threw or something. I opened the door and walked in, proceeding to turn on the light. The lights slowly came on (missed RC) and I walked over to sit on my bed. I started to think about my girlfriend and layed down while pulling the covers over me intending to go back to sleep. Still thinking about her, I invisioned her in bed with me :mrgreen: After thinking really hard, she WAS in bed with me (semi-lucid) and we were kissing. It felt so real that I forgot to think about how she got there (missed RC). At this point my room mate made some noise (in reality) and she disappeard. I could see my room mate in my dream walking around, so I rolled over and closed my eyes to go back to sleep. The moment I closed my eyes in the dream, I opened my eyes in reality and woke up. I rolled over to see my room mate still walking around cleaning. I wasnt sure if I was still dreaming so I walked up to him and punched him in the arm, yeah, needless to say, I wasnt dreaming anymore! :lol: Bad timing to finally remember to do a RC!

Sorry to hear you missed all those RC's -- and possibly got a black eye from your roommate ^_^; Oh well, kacha hachayim.

wow, the difference between your dreams and mine are huge, normally my dreams are about meaningless and stupid things, like tonight i had some dreams about being superman and stuff.. but you have dreams about your room and girlfriend, i often have also dreams of people i know but generally they are in unusual places or doing unusual stuff... its a shame you loose all those RC`s (i could make RC´s all night long, counting that al my dreams are full of incoherences so im the worst person to give you tips about that)...maybe you could give me some advice for RC`s, i dont know...keep me informed of your lucid or half lucid experiences.. im reading all this shit, if it matters to you...
