This one began with me waking up in the middle of a forest. Night had fallen, and there was a purple sky with a full moon. I began to sense that something wasn't right. I didn't feel like my normal self. So I looked down and saw that my body had changed, a lot. I wasn't even human...I was an otter.
If you've watched Redwall, you might understand what I was going through. It was kind of strange being an anthro otter, but also fascinating. This wasn't the first time I was an animal in my dreams, so it wasn't a complete surprise.
I turned around and saw a pyramid in the middle of the forest. That pyramid was out of place by many thousands of miles. My curiosity got the better of me, so I walked up the long set of stairs, leading to the pyramid. The stone doors were heavy, but I managed to get it open.
Inside was dark, but not so dark that I couldn't see. I walked down the stairs and came down to a large room with a fire in the middle. But this was no ordinary fire. This was a bright blue fire that moved at half its normal speed. I looked around the room and it seemed familiar. It looked almost exactly like the one I saw off a stealth game.
I walked away from the room after a while and reached the end of a long hallway. There were some stairs leading upwards, so I took them. It wasn't long until I fell through a trap door, but the odd thing was, I was falling slowly, rather than instant-death-quickly.
When I reached the bottom, the trapdoor closed and locked itself, so I couldn't get out. Not that I could anyway, as it was 20-30 feet in the air. I looked around and found that I was in a narrow passageway. I walked through it and found myself in a room with a depression in the center. When I reached the depression, I heard a noise, like a gate rising. After a few seconds, strange, snake-like creatures started to surround me. They were exactly the same as the coutals off Might and Magic 8: Day of the Destroyer (if you've ever played it).
One of them shot a lightning bolt at me, but I dodged it, and after a few seconds, a bunch of anthro animals rushed in, each of them holding a weapon. One of them asked me to come with him. So I followed a badger who was holding an axe into a hallway. Once we were outside, he asked me what my name was. I was about to answer when the dream ended.
