      09/13/09 ~8am - {Recording Studio} First Lucid Dream As Adult

I'm working in a recording studio as an audio tech. It's similar to a studio I'd done an internship in a while ago, except a bit larger and more polished looking.

I'm in the control room and the producer asks me to go check the equipment in the vocals booth. It's about the size of two public bathroom stalls and it has two angled panes of glass angled so you can see into it from the other sound proofed rooms. I walk into the room and start checking the equipment. I look up and there's a girl my age sitting at the back of the room working on music. She had already noticed me before and when I look at her she looks over at me. We talk for a little while about her music, then I make my way back to the control room. When I get into the room the producer asks me to empty the trashes(not something you normally do DURING recording) and grab a mic from a back room. I walk down a hallway leading toward the back of the studio. I walk through the half open door and stop in my tracks. The thought pops into my head that this is a dream... I lift my hand up to my nose and pinch. I don't feel a thing, I realize I'm dreaming.

The moment I realize it the dream starts to fade away. I hear fearful screaming and I attempt to get back to the studio... then I wake up.

YAY, first lucid dream since I was a kid.
