Hello.

I just got back to lucid dreaming because of an "accidental" lucid dream I had last night. By this I mean that I haven't done any reality-checking, dream-journaling, or other "dreamtraining" for a while now. I do meditate regularly though, so that might be an influence.
Anyway, here's the dream:

I'm in a canteen of some sort. I am sitting at a white table. On the other side of the table is a darhaired man. I am having a conversation with him. He says something which seems absurd to me, so I start to wonder.
I ask him if this is a dream.
He says nothing.
I ask him again.
He just stares at me.
I realize it's a dream.
The reality-factor of the dream goes up 80%. Now the environment is as real as reality is. I figure, ok if this is a dream, I will test it by making my coffeecup levitate. If focus on the coffeecup and expect it to rise in the air. It rises in the air. So do all the other cups, forks, plates, and tables in the entire canteen.
I'm so amazed with what I did that I wake up.

Hypothesis: the same rules that apply on the other side apply in the waking world.
Aim: to test this hypothesis and practice manifestation so that this practice can be carried into the waking world.
