~First Lucid Dream~ Night Of November 13th, 2009 (Friday the 13th, won't forget this coincidence!)

I was being chased by some man, and I'm fairly certain he wanted me dead. I was running down the street away from him, and in an attempt to get away, I made a jetpack appear (Not-yet lucid) and flew away a bit, unfortuantely it came crashing back down and I was un-harmed. The man was gone and I considered that I may be dreaming, I plugged my nose and to my disbelief I could still breath! Lucidity immediately attained. I walked to my school down the road and into my old Digital Media classroom where I was greeted by two of my friend, both of whom I discuss LD-ing with and informed them of my success. They were excited, but upset that they were DC's. My teacher asked me to run to the nurse's office to get some medicine for a girl having a headache. I used this as an opportunity to leave the room and explore. I entered a room with several people and I noticed how extremely vivid and detailed everything was. There was some guy who I dislike in the room as well, so I shoved him down and left the building to find myself in a city-like setting. A group of people walked past me at this point. I tried to attempt flying on my own now by convincing myself gravity does not exist in the dream world. I am unsuccessful at first, when I try it a second time the dream starts to slip, for some reason I didn't remember to do any stablization techniques and let it fade. i was too afraid to lose the memory of this dream anyway to continue my explorations.

~2nd Lucid Dream~ Night of November 21st, 2009

I was walking down the street and I suddenly remembered my intention to ask myself if I was dreaming, I didn’t even do reality checks I just suddenly realized that I was in fact dreaming. The first thing I did was a spin so that I could stabilize what I had, it didn’t have much effect but the dream was already stable so it was alright. I then looked around and yelled “Increase Clarity!” the vividness actually faded to a cartoon look and when I shouted again they had a decent vividness to them. Next thing I tried to do was fly. I was able to get up a bit on my own, but was pretty unstable. Then for some reason it was night and I was in an area in a city-ish city, lol. There was a facility similar to a skating rink with a few operators, a guy and a girl, I heard telepathy that they needed to check my flying skills, so they had me get on the rink and hand me a strange split blue ball. I was supposed to get up in the air and thrw the strange ball at a target, very much like where u throw the ball up the ramp and it goes in a hole with varying points. After I successfully completed this. I was given a strange helmet, although it didn’t change my vision I just knew it was on. And they had m get into a craft, Like A sphere large enough for a person, but cut in half with red velvet cushioning throughout the interior. Immediately I knew that I would be able to fly, So I started taking off and flying about the city for a bit, the dream seemed to skip a bit here and I knew that a significant amount had time had passed when it resumed. I was still in the air and flying a bit, I remember I doubted my flying abilities a bit at that point, and as if on cue, the device tumbled down on top of a building. It was broken a bit. I had a repair DVD with me and put it in a DVD-player that I created, but the dvd was badly broken, so it didn’t work. Somehow I ended up at my home, where I went in and my parents had just arrived. I grabbed a coat in the closet and smelt it, it smelt wonderfully of the old coat smell haha. I went into the kitchen and began to search for something to eat, considering I had never eaten in a dream before, I saw an old bagel sitting on the counter, but obviously I didn’t want to eat it. My parents began chatting with me, I didn’t pay attention to what they were saying so I don’t remember, but as I was going for a bag of chips I saw laying out, the dream began deteriorating rather rapidly. I went to move my hands around to start touching things since I did not have time to spin, but alas I found that I was moving my physical hands on my bed (Which were both asleep, possibly what caused me to wake up?) And since I had moved my hands a bit, the following DEILD attempt failed. =[

Wow, lucky . I STILL haven't had my second lucid dream, and apparently i've convinced myself that I won't remember any dreams unless I drink apple juice and eat turkey :/... But congrats anyways. You beat me in the race to the second lucid, so I applaud you for that.

~3rd Lucid Dream~ Night of December 4th

I had very bad recall of this entire dream, even though I began writing it immediately upon waking up, oh well.

I gained lucidity, and for some reason or another I was a girl. It started off in the mall actually, as we were searching for clothes and such. We were hiding from someone or something (Can't remember). And at some point along this time I attained partial lucidity. I went up to some department store and was messing around doing random stuff. I actually spent most of the time just impressing DC’s with cool tricks. Although I wasn’t the best at it. Such as pulling cards from a deck and knowing what they were. My friend in the dream believed that she was in a lucid dream too and reminded me to stabilize, so even though I didn’t need to I spun rapidly.
After a while I tried teleporting after the dream skipped over to me being at school, I tried to teleport down by our school’s pool because some students were talking about going there. The friend in the dream got pissed at me since I was going to the school and leaving her, she wanted to stay and do stuff, but I told her she can come with if she wanted, but I wouldn’t be wasting my time on a DC.

All In all this was a pretty crappy LD now that I think of it, I followed the main plot only sometimes actively manipulating the environment.

~Fourth Lucid Dream~ Night Of January 6th, 2010 (First Lucid of the new year!)

Unfortunately shortly after this dream I went back to sleep without immediately recording and therefore lost many details resulting in this short post.

I was in a subdivision of sorts, no longer sure of the reason why, but I had been doing intense RC's the two days before so I take it this carried over to the dream scape when I suddenly performed a RC for no apparent reason. Lucidity flooded into me and with it the ultimate power of clarity. I immediately took to the sky, my first time unaided and soared well above the small subdivision below. I was so excited and entralled I woke up. Or so I thought. It was a false awakening I would later realize upon waking, but this was my first FA and so thus I was fooled to wander aimlessly through the dream for a few minutes more, quite a loss.

~Fifth Lucid Dream~ Night Of January 15th, 2010

I decided to be an idiot and go back to sleep, without recording this first, so it is missing quite a few details.


I was having a rather odd dream, but the strange part is that it was an extremely happy dream, and that everything in that dream life was perfect, since my real life is not great, that was an immediate dream sign. Lucidity attained! I ran around the streets of the small city I was in. I as usual attempted to fly, I got up a little into the sky and then tumbled downwards. I tried again and flew really high, but I didn’t have a stable body position (There was no “superman” pose, I was just moving randomly as if I was falling while flying)I fell to the ground again. Somehow the thought possessed to me grab onto a nearby pterodactyl and fly with it, haha. This worked for a while as it flew me around the sky, however it also tumbled to the ground. I guess I’ll need to work on that. We crashed down as we fell past a skyscraper, showing to me how high we had really gotten. As soon as I got off its crumpled body, I thought “DREAM GOALS! What are they?!” I scoured my mind for what to do, luckily I was lucid enough to think clearly at this point. The word immediately entered my head “PANDORA” I ran to the nearest wall and focused on a portal opening up, the wall started to wave as if it were a curtain in the breeze, fluttering. The portal was very unstable and changing size sporadically, it shrunk down to a peephole size, I leaned forward to have a look through, and there it was in all its glory, the majestic forests of Pandora, and then the dream began to fade. I tried to fight it, but it progressed to fast and I jerked my real hand as it faded by mistake, so my DEILD then failed as well. Oh well, maybe next time?

~Sixth Lucid Dream~ Night Of January 17th, 2010


I was at a church that was having a Lady Gaga concert, I was so excited to be in one of the front rows. After she finished her performance she walked down past my row, I was able to greet her and get a hug and kiss. I was so excited by the entire thing, but I realized there was no way I could have jsut met Lady Gaga, so I did a RC and sadly became lucid (LOL) I was upset by the whole thing that I tried to force myself awake, which resulted in a FA, but I caught that, and tried to wake myself again, and this time it worked and I awoke.

Pretty mad I let myself get that upset.

Thank you very much! I honestly didn't think anyone besides me and Kraftwerk looked at my journal

Not counting this as a lucid, but thought it was significant enough to note.

I attempted a FILD last night and I successfully breathed through my plugged nose, became lucid and awoke immediately. Hopefully I will have more success with this technique in the future, because it is probably the easiest technique I have done.

"The Train Ride"

~7th Lucid Dream~ Night Of April 10th

It had been a while hasn't it?!

I started off the dream already vaguely aware it was one. Partial lucidity was the most I acheived this dream. I boarded a train, not unlike the Hogwarts express. I went all the way to the back where I noticed my brother was sitting a seat ahead of me, while my friend Tyler sat in the seat next to me. He insisted upon me showing him some of my lucid powers, so I attempted to turn the entire roof of the train into glass. I closed my eyes and anticipated everything being glass when I opened them. I only succeeded in putting windows in the roof, but that was proof enough. MY brother spoke only a few words to me and then the scene changed.

We were in a beautiful landscape, lush nature surrounding us, with majestic mountains in the distance, a small pond lay before us where a small child roamed about.

My recall of the following events is very, very bad. I can remembered following a small plot while just maintaining minimal awareness that it was a dream. The lucidity was lost when I had a FA into a friends home.

~8th Lucid Dream~ Afternoon of April 12th

Wow! Two days in a row, I guess my afternoon naps are incredible lucid resources.

I can hardly remember the events leading up to it, but I had partial lucidity, I went to a large exhibition being held in the yard of a school that had a dock branching off into the air, apparently the entire thing was floating in the air. There I ran into my ex, who I still have feelings for, I started crying intensely within the dream because I had missed them so much. We spoke briefly and I ended with “I will always love you even if we are not together”

Even though the details are gone, this was probably one of the most emotionally jarring experiences of my life and I feel somewhat confused because of it

I also had that feeling of absolute freedom that people so often rave about.

I recall very little from this again, but I guess its because I didn’t have full lucidity again, the entire dream felt like it lasted for an entire day, and a lot happened however I didn’t get much accomplished and my lucidity varied throughout the entire thing.

~9th Lucid Dream~ Night of April 26th

I was at the beach with a group of friends, however it was an odd beach. It ran directly from the edge of an old building, possibly a library, directly intro sand leading down to the water. We all ran into the abnormally large waves that approached the shore and enjoyed being tossed about by their power. I remember rolling around on the inside of a wave that consumed me. The waves tried to drag us out deeper into the water so we allowed ourselves to just return to the beach. As we all sat there staring at the ocean (lake, pond?) I suddenly exclaimed “This is a dream!” Once again I gained this knowledge randomly, as has been frequent in recent dreams. I told one of the people in my group, “You do realize that you are not real, right?” He calmly responded, “Yea, dude I know. It’s really not a big deal, we just have to enjoy it while it lasts.”

Lucidity fades afterwards.

Sailing Away

~10th Lucid Dream~ Night of May 20th, 2010

(I am having SUCH a bad habit of not recording my dreams immeditely after they happen and instead going right back to sleep. Because of this, amazing dreams ((which my emotional memory reveals they were)) are nearly lost)

I remember this dream lasting quite a while, about a level 4 on my Scale of Lucidity, I can barely remember anything besides sailing off on a very large raft structure that I created with two of my friends, and then the only other part I can remember is a bit X-rated. One of these "friends" ends up having some fun, hah.
