the cliff and the unexplicable fear

I keep having this reoccuring dream, I'm standing at the top of this cliff overlooking the ocean, the sun is setting (vibrant red) I hear someone telling me "time is running out" "you need to do it soon!" It's been happening for like...a weak or so on and off
no idea what it means... it's almost like i need to jump off of the cliff into the ocean, but i can't... i'm afraid of something, i don't even know what... I've tried going lucid and floating down below the cliff to see what's there but ever time i look it all turns back and i flash into a different scene, either a garden maze or bathroom at a gas station...
wierd eh?
