      A Look at Olivia's World

      2/26/10

I had two dreams last night.

      Dream #1
      Lucid: No.
Side note: I don't remember if more happened in this dream. I think it did, but this is all I can remember.

I was talking to my best friend about the guy I was apparently going out with (I don't remember what was specifically said, though.) Suddenly, I noticed my mouth felt weird. I noticed that one of the teeth were loose. It didn't bother me too much at first, but I was slightly annoyed by it. It seemed like my tooth was getting worse very quickly and eventually it started hurting really badly. I left my friend, and ran into a bathroom to look in a mirror. I saw that my mouth was bleeding. I was mentally freaking out about how I'm seventeen, and that I shouldn't have a loose tooth. I eventually got it out, but when I looked at it the roots were still attached.

      Dream #2
      Lucid: No.
Side note: This dream must have been taking place in the very near future, because everyone looked exactly as they do now. Maybe a year or two older. I have most of it, but I forget how it started.

My friends T and S were getting married, and I was getting ready for it. T called me to tell me how much he loves S, and couldn't wait to be married to her. I assured him that it would only be a couple of hours. We talked for a while, then I remembered that I had something to do at my little cousin's youth group (I've never been part of a youth group, and neither has my cousin.) Expecting him to be mad, I told T that I would be a little late to the wedding, but he was fine. I hung up, and drove to the youth group (which was on top of the Empire State Building .) All that seemed to happen there was everyone blew up balloons and let them float away. Then I was at the wedding, which was held in my school's auditorium. It made me think of more of a prom, though. S was wearing a seafoam green dress, and T was wearing a white tuxedo top with the same color green vest over it and black pants. After the ceremony, T came up to me and my mom crying. He hugged both of us, then walked away. I saw another girl I know, K, and for some odd reason thought she was S. Even though they look nothing alike. I started congratulating her. She seemed like she was confused, but she played along with it.

      I woke up after that.

I don't remember my dream from last night, but I'm going to post one I had around 12/20/09. I even titled it.

      2/27/10

      The Last Night
      Lucid: No.
Side note: I remember this very vividly. I'm myself in part of the dream, but I'm a young girl (about 14) in another part. She looked like she was probably from the nineteenth century.

It started out that I was in a restaurant with a friend (I don't know her in real life, but I feel like she was an old friend I haven't seen in a long time.) I felt like someone else was supposed to join us, so I kept looking around for them. No one caught my attention, though. I saw my friend Alex when we were leaving, and I knew he was the person who was supposed to join us, but he walked right by me.

Then I was the young girl. I was getting on a boat with my family, and a lot of other people. All of the adults looked worried, but they kept telling their children that nothing bad would happen. That made me more nervous. As I got onto the boat, I ran over to one of the boys who worked on it. He was probably 15 or 16, though I never got a good look at his face. He kept telling me that after we were safe, he would marry me. Then I heard a loud explosion, and people screaming.

Then I was myself again. I was in a hibachi restaurant with a bunch of girls who I guess were my friends. Then Alex walked in with a couple other people. He kept glaring at me from across the table. The girl sitting next to me asked if I knew him, and for some reason I lied and said "no."

I left the restaurant, and realized it was right on a port. I started walking to my car, but Alex stopped me. He told me to follow him. Alex lead me in the opposite direction, and after a while I heard someone crying. I ran ahead of Alex, and I saw the girl and her mother both crying. I knew that both her father and the boy who wanted to marry her had died in whatever happened to the boat. I looked behind me to ask Alex how he knew about this, but he was gone. When I looked back to where the girl and her mom were, they were gone too.

Cool DJ. I always find it odd when I am 'someone else' in my dreams. ^^ good to know I am not the only one who ends up being someone else haha.

Thank you. =) Yeah it is weird, but it actually happens to me a lot. Sometimes I'm aware of it as soon as it happens, and sometimes I need to see my reflection to notice it.

      Prom, a movie, and drugs?
      Lucid: No.
Side note: There are only two people in my dream I know in real life. Also, none of my friends do drugs.

I was going to a party with my friend Elizabeth. I knew that Senior Prom was only a few days away (even though it's not until June.) Alex was lying down on a couch, and looked like he was half asleep. He took his cell phone out, and smiled at the screen. Then he told me that he and his friend were talking about a movie they were filming. He showed me the text, but I don't remember what it said. I remember the name was someone I don't recognize at all, "Sam Weyr."

At one point, everyone left the party to go shopping for prom. Then we went to a movie. For some reason, Elizabeth and I saw a different movie than everyone else.

Then we all went back to the house the party was at. I was in a room alone with Alex. He was upset about something, and I was trying to comfort him. He eventually told me that his girlfriend (Sam?) was in the hospital because she overdosed on drugs. I think I said something to him about how she'll be okay, but I had a feeling she wouldn't. Alex looked like he was about to cry, but I woke up after it.

      Lucid: No
Side note: I'm pissed that I keep forgetting random parts of dreams. I'm sorry if this is confusing, but it's all I have.

I was on my laptop doing a project for school. My mom came into my room with the phone and told me it was for me, she also told me that our neighbor, Mrs. D, would be picking my sister and I up for school (I didn't have my car in my dream.) I took the phone, and my uncle was on the other end. He was telling me that my aunt was pregnant again. All the sudden, the phone felt really heavy, and pulled me down to the floor. When I was able to pick up the phone again, my uncle hung up. Then I heard a car horn, and told my sister to go to Mrs. D's car, and I'd be right there. A minute later, I went to the door, and her car wasn't there anymore.
Then the phone rang again, and it was Mrs. D. She was yelling at me for being late. I apologized, and asked her if she could pick me up in 10 minutes. She said "yes," and I went back into my room to finish getting ready.

When I came back out of my room, my parents were back home, and my mom told me they had just adopted three boys, and wanted me to meet them, so I didn't have to go to school. My parents had to go to work, but they told me the boys were in the living room before they left.

I looked in the living room, but they weren't there, then I heard people talking in the den. I found them and introduced myself, but I don't think any of them told me their names. I only remember what the oldest looked like clearly. He was tall and skinny, with dark brown wavy hair that went down to the middle of his neck. He had either bright blue or green eyes, and he looked about my age (17.) I don't know why, but whenever I think of him, the name "Dean" comes into my head.

The middle boy was about 14, and the youngest was probably nine.

I spent some time talking to them to get to know them better, then I went back to my room to finish my project.

When I came out, I noticed the two younger boys had "Dean" cornered in the living room. One of them poked both his sides, and said "Aw, he's ticklish." After Dean laughed. Dean tried to get away, but the other boys held him back.

      That was the end.
