Hey guys! I have way too many dreams to type em all out, so from now on I'll be recording all my lucids here.

This first entry will be a little long, because it's of my first lucid and I wanna type everything in all its glory.


So I'm in a grocery store walking with Steven (old friend) and some guy I didn't know. Walking right in front of us is a girl I've known since grade 7, I'll call her Cee, with her family. She's pushing a baby in a stroller. (definatly not hers lol)

For some reason, I'm walking in just my underwear (huge dream sign for me, always my underwear, never naked) feeling very uncomfortable. Who walks through a grocery store in their underwear? I realize I have a towel, so i wrap it around my waist. Everythings good now!

Week keep walking like that for a few seconds when I think "Wait, why is a towel and underwear good enough for shopping? They're good enough because I'm dreaming!" Becoming lucid, I run ahead a few steps and start concentrating on the tips for solidifying lucid dreams I could remember. In the past, I've had huge troubles, they dissolved after seconds before.

I started concentrating on the store, seeing the vibrant colors of all the food for sale. I jump up and down a couple times, feeling my weight and feeling my feet hitting the floor. I decide that, because I'm in a grocery store, taste would be a great sensation to help keep me grounded in the lucid. I turn around and grab the first thing to hand, which is a bag of skittles. (probably because of that ToTM "taste the rainbow" in my head)

So I rip open the bag and put one in my mouth. I can't help but marvel at how real it tastes, before this point I wasn't sure I believed in tasting in dreams. I popped a second skittle in my mouth so the taste would last longer, then just start jogging through the crowd, amazed that my dream is still with me. Every other lucid dream EVER would have dissolved long before this. Thank you DV for the tips!

Well at this point I decide that I wanted to grope Cee to test out the state, since I remember seeing Cee in the dream. So I look around and see her mom, and run over there. I don’t immediately find Cee with her mom, but then she comes with the stroller, just finishing talking to someone.

I’m literally hopping along behind her like a little girl, so excited by my first real lucid longer than 10 seconds. I decide to go for it, and I get right behind her and reach around and give her a couple squeezes. She totally doesn’t even acknowledge that I just did that, and instead the stroller vanishes and she jumps on a skateboard. (still in the grocery store)

She hops on the skateboard, and does a kickflip yelling “Ollie!” and then looks at me and smiles. I smile back and start jogging to keep u with her, just wanting to see what she’ll do. She speeds up more and jumps again going “whee”. At this point she’s going so fast that I decide that I should try flying to keep up. So I kinda start half gliding towards her, at which point she takes off into the air on her apparently flying skateboard. As she flies up she’s watching me, as if seeing if I can keep up. I make a few swimming strokes, but realize that’s not really helping me catch up.

Then I remember from the flying tutorial that if I want to follow her, I will. So I will myself after her harder, and I speed up very fast. She see’s me catching up, laughs, and does a backwards flip overtop of me. I try to follow her , leading me to trying to do a fancy backwards somersault. The millisecond my body was in the position of lieing down (in the middle of the backwards somersault my body was perpendicular to the ground, so that if I were to fall straight from there I’d land on my back) I woke up, my alarm clock going off.

First lucid since I joined, first lucid after starting these training methods 5 days ago. The dream looks really long, but it only lasted maybe 3 minutes. (I had this lucid while I was holding my alarm clock in my hand hitting the sleep button automatically every 5 min, giving me a fk-load of chances to DEILD, I got it to work after 3-4 tries) It just looks long because it’s my first lucid, and I wanted to get every single detail down.

It amazes me how much more detail I got out of a lucid compared to a normal dream. I can still remember some of the food for sale, and I still remember that Cee and her mom were wearing tan-colored coirderoy jackets. (Cee's somehow accentuated her chest very nicely ^^)

Also amazing how everything I've heard is true, what keeps you in the state, how to do stuff in the state, taste, etc.

I had planned my first lucid to just be a test of staying in a dream through the tips, which were a 100% success. As I solidified my dream, I still had in my mind that I was going to start spinning the second it looked like it was falling apart.

Next time I'm planning on getting into some real DC conversations, and just in general having them more often. And I'll try a reality check, this time I became 100% lucid just off a dream sign, but who knows about next time. ^^

And the fact that, since starting "training" 5 days ago, I've gone from remembering 1 dream/week to 2-3 per night is very encouraging. (i had 3 dreams earlier tonight that i wrote down as i woke up from them)

Done off a MILD. I've had 8 or 9 other lucids since my first one, but I lost every single one within seconds. Kept this one due to a pro "focus on your hands to stabilize" technique.

Was a nice, bright day out. I was jogging in front of a cute girl I used to work with. I was kinda feeling show-off ish, and we were going over a bridge, so I started running as fast as I could. I got a little air over the bridge, then noticed she had turned right to run along the river. I followed behind her, and decided I wanted to jog beside her. As I caught up "remember you're dreaming" randomly came into my head, then I realized I was dreaming.

My hand wandered up to start my nose RC, but then I realized I’m already lucid, so I better stabilize. I was still jogging beside her, and we were coming up to another bridge. I raised both my hands up and concentrated on them. They were so weird, they weren’t crisp like real-life hands, and seemed a bit too small. After focusing on them, I could see the lines on my hands. I flipped them over and noticed the small hairs.

As I admired the detail on my hands, I decided it was time to look around. I looked around and noticed the girl was standing on the bridge, looking over the side at the river, waiting for me. So I walked up beside her. She turned around and looked at me, and we just gazed into each other’s eyes. Then she slapped me out of nowhere. The pain felt real! What the fuck!

I went “why did you do that?” She slapped me again! Jesus christ… I asked why she was doing that again. She said in a very heartfelt voice “this is my land/forest!” (I forget the word, I just remember her intense feeling) I was struck by her voice, and walked over there and hugged her. As I did so I closed my eyes, feeling her first try to push away, then relax into my chest. As I held her, and wondered at how real she felt, I noticed I could hear a radio station playing music. I could also hear a cricket. In my head I thought “does this feel like real time?” and thought about it, thinking about where I was and what I was feeling. Indeed, lucid dreams feel like real-time while you have them, not just memories afterwards. (I had been wondering about that lol)

Then I realized that since I had closed my eyes, I couldn’t see. I didn’t want to lose the dream so I slid my hand just under her shirt to the small of her back, and just concentrated on what she “felt” like. I did my best to crack open my left eye, and everything was super-dark and grey. I brought up my right hand and focused on it, and it came back into focus. Only problem was nothing got brighter, it was freaking night. So I took her hand and slowly walked her over the bridge to the road.

When we were in the middle of the road, I declared “I’m going to make the sun come up!” I faced the horizon, and took a retarded-looking stance as I put my whole body and will into making the sun come up over the horizon. Well, seconds later it looked like the horizon was brightening, so I thought it was working, but then the moon peeked up over the horizon… I decided that if I got the moon through the sky I could get the sun up next.

So I kept focusing on getting the moon through the sky. Took about 10 seconds and it was only maybe a quarter of the way through, so I got pissed at the waste of time and “flung” the moon the rest of the way. Then I focused again on getting the sun up, and seconds later the horizon started brightening like a sunrise! I got pretty excited, and kept going. Then the sun came over the horizon. Only thing was, It was barely giving off any light. I finished it so it was sitting high in the sky, but everything was barely any brighter. I turned around to apologize for the weak-ass sun, but she wasn’t there. I did a facepalm, but closed my eyes in doing so. Mistake, my dream collapsed instantly and I woke up.


I only realized just now that when i focused on my hands in my dream, my thumbs were on the wrong sides. Lol.
