17.04.2010 The Vague Dream (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I am in some sort of futuristic looking complex. Complete with crazy looking elevators everywhere and the place is a shiny tan color. This is mostly what I remember from this dream although I recall that there was much more to it, such as my ex-girlfriend being upset for some unknown reason, and me trying to get back with her by making her feel better. My dream recall has become a little better but it is still very bad at this point, I will post more entries as I try to become lucid and improve my DR. Ever since I have started reading on this forum, I have started having more and more dreams. I wonder if that somehow relates... And yes, I know that there is absolutely no details at this point, but I am trying to improve my recall and part of doing that is recording my dreams as best as I can at the moment.

Hey, welcome to the forums by the way! When you start out trying to improve recall, I found it's helpful to make your dream journal entries really detailed. Include every single thing you can remember about the setting, colours, light levels, and read over old entries every so often. When you get going it may not be necessary to include all that detail (it takes some typing), but it certainly helps in the beginning! Best of luck, hope you have a lucid dream soon!
