NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I started out in an unknown area, and I was driving a bus. There was snow everywhere, and I was driving very fast, apparently in need of getting somewhere. Then, I realized I couldn't drive; I don't have a drivers license. It was then I noticed I was dreaming. I usually would wake up at this point, but I didn't. I somehow slid through the open window of the bus, and jumped into a nice mustang next to the bus. Someone I knew was in the passengers seat, trying to tell me what to do. Me being me, I did the complete opposite. I decided to drive up a steep slope covered in ice. It was then i drove off a steep, high cliff. At this point I would like to note that my dream has big references to the game "Just Cause 2," since I play it very often. I started to skydive. On the ground below in between snowy mountains, I saw what looked like a village. I aimed myself towards it. When I was close enough, I opened my parachute. (Yet another reference to Just Cause 2...) I landed in the middle of some sort of gun fight. At this point I started to run in to a snowy forest next to the village. The people with guns were chasing me. I started to slip out of lucidity; losing control of my dream. It was then I noticed a glowing figure with no legs gliding beside me. I saw it as some sort of ghost. It told me to ...be persistent? I did not understand what it meant by this, but obviously I was thinking about it, since it was in my dream. I then tripped over some sort of roots below me and fell over. Everything became very blurry and loud. I then woke up to my alarm clock buzzing.

Task of the month! (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I started in the passenger's seat of a sleek black mustang, with my friend Tyler driving. We were driving along a dry terrain with close to no plants in sight. It looked like a desert. It was then I realized out of no where, I was dreaming. I sat for a minute, not quite sure of myself, and then I started a conversation with Tyler. "I think I'm dreaming right now." I said. "What do you mean?" He said. "I think that you're only part of my dream." I relpied. "You're crazy.." He ended. I decided I wasn't positive, so as a little RC I use sometimes, I willed something strange to happen. I believed that we were about to get into a car crash. At that point, I looked through the drivers side window, and I saw headlights. Next thing I know, we were doing a barrel role, in slow motion, in the air. We were sort of, as I remember it, just floating there. I remember feeling and seeing everything with amazing clarity. Then, I willed us to start spinning in mid-air. I also remember feeling strong gravity, as if I was on a crazy carnival ride, pinned to my seat. Then we landed. Perfectly. I then stepped out of the car, and thought for a minute. It was then I remembered the task of the month, which is to skydive from a skyscraper. So, remembering my techniques, I thought of (again a reference to Just Cause 2) one of the buildings in Just Cause 2 that I would often skydive from. I then let myself fall backwards with my eyes closed, and when i opened them again I was at the top of a high building. I looked off the edge, and exactly like in Just Cause 2, it was standing in between a city and a large waterfall. I was slightly scared, so took a deep breathe and remembered that I could do anything I wanted, it was a dream. I then stepped back a few paces, ran, and leaped off the side of the skyscraper. I fell for about a minute, and aimed myself for a cliff directly at the edge if the waterfall. I began to speed at an unnormal pace toward that spot. I willed myself to land easily at this spot. As I stood, I took in my surroundings, because my vision was blurring a bit. It blurred more, so I picked up a rock and felt it. Feeling a bit better, I tossed it off the cliff into the river at the bottom of the falls. It fell for quite a few seconds, and then I saw it splash into the river. I thought about how it would stink to fall into the river. And so, the ground beneath me gave way and I tumbled towards the river. Arms flailing, I tried to fly myself back up to the edge of the cliff. But I couldn't. I looked down, and splashed into the water. I then blacked out, and my dream faded. I woke up.
