      QueenTea's Dream Journal

      Guide
      Non-Dream/Dream/Lucid/Comments

Hello fellow dreamers, welcome to my Dream Journal. It will be a bit empty for now, but as time goes on it shall fill up with many of my glorious dreams that may or may not interest you. Help with controlling, staying or attaining lucidity would be greatly appreciated.

      Current Question!
What seems to be the best way to stay asleep once lucid for you?

      Lucid - The First

      April 19th, 2010

Before school today, I took a quick cat nap and here is what happened...

So there I was in my dream, just cruising the streets with my sister. I wasn't quite sure what I was doing, but I seemed to be in the middle of the road and then all of a sudden I was at different area. Not much different from the first, just different buildings and a smaller road. I then thought to myself that's not right and then I became lucid for the first time. Not wanting to wake up, I decided to do what I learned from different threads, a clasp deepener. Once I did that I slowly started to fall into the road and then came darkness.

I then had a false awakening. Also I noticed that the dresser was blocking the doorway, which seemed odd. Wasn't quite sure if I was dreaming, so I looked in the mirror and saw myself like I should, Turned on the TV which seemed to play only bad quality channels. Beside the mirror, paint was peeling off for some reason and after I felt it, I accidentally opened my eyes thus waking myself up.

I never had a mirror, should've noticed that.

Try to stay calm. Stabilize. Don't rush into things right away. It also helps to reality check every now and then while in state of lucidity. Cygnus once told me this: "My current goal is to stand still". It's kind of silly, but once you manage to do that, you're in great control.

Good luck and keep em coming!
