Dream Notes 1 (Note)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Q: Last night before I went to sleep I was listening to some music and closed my eyes (I'm pretty sure I didn't fall asleep because I was still listening to the song) and I got very relaxed/tingling and started to spin sideways(which was cool but a little uncomfortable) but when I opened my eyes/move any part of my body the spinning stopped. So was that Sleep Paralysis or something else.

A: You could have also experienced some Out of Body type experiences.

A: It could have been early Hypnagogic Hallucinations (HH). Stay still awhile longer and you might get a Wake Initiated Lucid Dream (WILD).

Shopping for Cake (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was going shopping and went up to the cash register to checkout. I already had one item with me but I can't remember what it was. While I was at the cash register I was the only person in line. There was a lady I think she was in her mid 30s/early 40s at the cash register and I told her I wanted a cake. So she went to the cake aisle which was right behind me when I turned around. I could only see the right side of the aisle and it was filled with cakes on a self about 5 inches above the ground with no shelves above it. All of the cakes on the shelf were chocolate cakes most of them with red sugar and I think the other ones had green sugar on top of them. Also most of the cakes weren't covered with plastic lids only a few were. When the lady asked me what cake I wanted I said I wanted that cake and pointed at one of the chocolate cakes covered in red sugar that had no lid. Now she was back at the cash register checking me out. The total was $17.?? (I can't remember the change but it was like 87 cents or something) and after the purchase I was unsatisfied with it.

Dream Notes 2 (Note)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I keep having more than one dream a night but I keep forgetting the other 1 or 2 dreams becuase I just fall asleep right after I wake up from having it and only remember the one dream right before I wake up in the morning.

-Stay as still as possible when I wake up in the middle of the night and re remember my dream.

-Then start writing the dream down.

Sharks In The Water (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was in a cave like tunnel that had water in the middle and walking paths on boths sides. I was with someone ( who I can't remember) and there were hammerhead sharks that were moving fast in the water.

Killer In a Barrel (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

There were four people on my front porch. My brother, two of my next door neighbors, and I. We were standing around a barrel on the porch and my two neighbors were sad and talking about how their dad just died from cancer. Then out of nowhere a guy popped out of the barrel in between all of us and shot one of my neighbors and me with a bb gun in the head. Then the killer shot me again but this time it was with a shotgun. He hit me in the stomach and I jumped off my porch and ran to my backdoor. Then I appeared in front of my house with the killer running from my garage to the front of my house to get my brother, neighbor and I. So we ran.

Dream Notes 3 (Note)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I drank some alcohol last night and couldn't remember any of my dreams.

- I guess it affected my ability to dream recall.
