I guess this is where I write my dream jurnal. I have not become lucid yet but I will sone and even my normal dreams are usualy epic and in the structure of an action movie while some are mundane and not worth telling. I will only tell the exciting and amusing ones for your sake and so that I dont have to re write the boring stuffs. I have a week or so of dream jurnal sense may 1st when I started taking it and I'll write those ones in as I feel like it but I'm lazzy and only feel like writing in one or two at a time. non-dream non-lucid lucid May, 7 2010 3:20am This is a good example of one of my more actiony dreans. Most people would be having a nightmare if they had this dream but they never truely friten me, maby disturb me, but I'm never actualy scared. Its theme is of someone trying to murder me, which is a dreamsign of mine and they always end the same way, you'l see. It feels like the game heavy rain. I am playing the game, but since this game feels so realistic, its like there is no interface inbetween the player and the game. Me and my sister are outside by the pool. It's the first week of summer and we are enjoying the weather. A DC walks out onto the padio through our backdoor. Aperently hes our uncle. although hes realy not, hes just is for the context of this game/dream. Having already beatin the game and played this leval I know that hes going to try and murder us. Although there is no actual leval like this in the real Heavy Rain, It made sence at the time. I decide to cut to the chase and get through this leval quickly. I look around and there are many tools to do the job, just laying out to give you ideas. I try and asemble a revolver from an earlier dream. My uncle walks up and asks me what I'm doing. I wont have time to asemble the revolver. I walk over to the little table by the chairs, There Is a large red firemans axe laying there, heavily contrasted agains the saturated suroundings. I pick it up, slam it into my fake uncles hip and hit him again in the solar plexis as he falls. Blood goes everywere and instantly horified at what I have done. What if he wasn't a murderer like I remebered from the first time playing it? What if I'm dreaming? I'm still not to good at lucid dreaming. LOL I decid to skip to the next leval and forget about this. We are inside the house. My sister turns on the TV and an eiry comertial comes on. I know this is foreshadowing what will hapen next so I tell my sister to get behind me. An evil posesed clown steps out of the TV. My sister freaks out. I let him walk towards us, into the midle of the room. I raise my hand and grabe him with telekinesis and slam him around the room. I slam him into the ceiling, then into the ground and then into the brick fireplace. I float him in the air and then I rip apart his body. This is also not in the game, this is all my own telekinesis. I wake up. May 8 2010 5:30 am This dream is prety amusing though short, I was practicing incubating a dream when I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and I grabed the first place that came to mind, for some reason the scientits lab in half life 2 where you first get your suit. I went along with it and planed on having myself pop up and then a clone of me poping up and telling me I was dreaming. This worked better than I thought but with some suprising results. I never became lucid. I fall asleep and I pop up in the lab. I dont realise I'm dreaming, just sit there. Several seconds latter another me pops up. Its almost like its a me from a paralel universe or a time travaling version of me. The dream is now from the third person. Both of the copys dont realise they are dreaming and, quite frankly, give a damn. They start talking excitedly and decide to trade Pokemon. (I just got the new soul silver game LOL) I wake up after a little bit, frustrated at the stupidity of my parallel selves and fall back to sleep into the same dream. The two mes contiously go back to pokemon trading and dont become lucid. this happens repeatedly over and over until I wake up. Its not very exciting but I thought it was prety comical and worth telling and it was short, good night.

May 11 2010 4:54 am First Real Lucid! non-dream non-lucid lucid I woke up at 3:00. I try WILD although I prefer MILDs but would like to know both. I fall asleep into a false awakening. I am laying in bed. Everything seems as real and normal as always. I look at a piece of paper on my night stand that has a leter 9 on it. I think I might as well do some reality checks. I try telekinesis on something. it dosn't work. I look at the 9. I put my hand over it and imagine it as a 3. I take it off and its a 3! I switch it back and forth to make shure. I realis I must be dreaming. I don't become excited, my subconsious won't alow it because of the autosugestions I did. I finaly did it, I'm lucid. I jump out of bed and run into the family room. My parents are in the kitchen like they always are in the morning. I know there DCs. I say Im lucid dreaming. They deny it like I new they would in a dream. It hurts alot more than I expected. I realy wana show them I'm did it. I try telekinesis on the lego socker ball thats I first did TK on in a dream. It works! I show my parents but they dont realise it. It gets harder to control the ball and I realise I better not wake myself up by doing something to dificult. I jump into the family room as hard as I can and can float myself around the room. I holdmyself upside donw on the ceiling. It feels realy familiar. Like I did it when I was a little kid but it felt normal then. I must have had a non-dream like this when I was a kid. I float back down and I wake up. I think man that was my first lucid but it was realy short. I still don't get excited. Maby this is a false awakening I might as well check. I do RCs and I realise I'm still dreaming. I go back to the family room and my sister comes down stairs. I try and show her im dreaming but she is even worse than my parents. She is nasty and looks at me like I'm crazy and goes back up stairs. I yell at her that she is some discriptive adjective I can't remember. I look above the doreway and there is that discriptive adgective in flashing letters. I yell out "Stop being wierd, dream" in order to keep the dream from wandering. I realise I'm wasting time and need to get some goals done and go on an advennture. I can't go outside without a weapon, I'll get jumped by zombies so I run to my room and go to my closet. I imagine an uzi there and reach in but its not there. I'm not confident enough. My mom walks in the room and is being distracting and not acepting that I'm dreaming. The dream starts to destabilize. I don't have time for a weapong and run down the hallway. I almost reach the front door but everything gets fuzzy. I try to rub my hands together to bring back the vividness but its to late. I can already feel my real hands, paralised were I left them. I slowly transition from lucid to real life. I let it happen because I want to right this down in my dream journal. I take off my sleeping mask I was trying for tonight. I did it! I know its not another false awakening because I can feel the excitment rush over me this time. The fact I couldn't get excited during the dream takes something away from the experience but it was worth it to have such a long first lucid. I start wrighting.

May 16 2010 7:00 am non-dream non-lucid lucid Lucid Building Jumping I had watched the first half of the Matrix 1 the night befor. I woke up at 6:00 with hardly any dream recal. I tried to WILD but was to tired and just fell asleep. I think I get alot beter DILDs after trying to WILD so I gues there more DEILDs idk. There was alot of dream consisting of me playing voley ball and then trying to sleep on a slide until Perry that platapus stole my pillow but I don't know if it was befor I woke up at 6:00 or transitioned into this dream but I will consider it a seprate dream I am on the swing in my backyard with my five year old neice on the swing beside me my twin sister in the yard, my mom and my older sister (shes much older) talking siting in lawn chairs and my 10 year old nephue swiming in the pool. I think yo do a reality check so I pinch my noes and can only breath through a little bit because I am holding it wrong. I try again and I can breath normaly! I look at my hand and it looks as normal as can be. I look at the back of my hands for detail and they look abnormaly large but only just noticable. I jump and fall normaly but keep doing it untill I can jump much higher like 10 feet. I tell my family I'm dreaming and luckily they belive me this time except for my older sister, she refuses to belive it. I don't try to convince her because of what happend last time so I go and do TK on a stick and have alot more control than when my dream was unstable in my last lucid. I want to try it on something heavier and see if I can do it on a DC so I levitat him out of the pool. He is scared for a second but then thinks its really cool. I jump and fly up like superman but loose control and fly head first into the pool. I get out and jump ontop the large unbreala on our patio. The material breaks under my wait and my family become sad so I jump down, hold the unbrela with TK and reverse time on it to fix it. I think I will try some of my goals and the first thing that comes to mind is the scene from the matrix where Morphius tests Neo to see if he can jump from one building to the next. Pluss If I fail I can complete the tast of the month.I think I need to go there so I will try and teleport. I spin around and imagine the building but nothing changes. I do it over and over again but still nothing. Thats okay I'll just go there myself. I jump onto my roof and then push off and fly up about 200 feet and land ontop of a skyscraper that apeared infront of my house. I can't see anything because of fog so I jump away from the building and a city apears. I land on a building but theres no suitable buildings to jump to so I keep jumping to a higher and higher building. Everything fades and I transition into the waking world befor I can stabilize. I had forgoten to anchor myself at the begining of the dream. I'll have to remeber that next time.
