You should be more specific. Try to effect one event. Try to tell someone in the dream that you are in fact dreaming. The more specific your drive is, the more focus, the better the results. |

Hey everyone...I am new to this and have never had a lucid dream but am very interested and eager to have one. I have been working on dream recall and usually recall 2 to 3 dreams a night, at least one, pretty vividly. I also have started a journal and have noticed several things that could be dream signs. |

If you are having 2-3 dreams a night, you are ready for the next step. The dream journal is awesome, you now have some dreamsign. Do reality check as often as you can in your waking life(atleast 10 times a day)...Always when your dreamsign occurs. |

How often?...Well depends from person to person...For me, it is few times a week. |
