Last night, during my middle-of-the-night, natural awakenings, I failed every time to recall a thing because I would notice I was awake, do a quick RC to rule out a false awakening, and then lay still, eyes closed, so as to not pull my brain into total awakening. But, as I would lie there trying to recall, I kept falling asleep before I could help it. My dream journal was empty in the morning =(.
What do you do to avoid this?
