Thread: Ever have reality checks check out?

I had an LD last night that I almost missed because when I thought I was dreaming I checked the number of fingers on my hand and it was 5, then i tried to put my finger through my palm and it wouldnt go through. So I said "so im not dreaming? well how the fuck did i get here then?" then I saw a little man run by about knee high and I was like "ok I AM dreaming" and became lucid. But have you ever had these reality checks that actually check out? This is the first time I have done a reality check in a lucid dream, my others have all come from me just noticing something strange and realizing i am dreaming.
