My record is 5 or 6. Not all long. But probably 2 were long and about 3 were lucid. Always rc when u wake up. It'll get u lucid alot |

Yeah, sounds like you need to train more on RCing, and maybe also your awareness and intent of having an LD. Your mind is tricky, so it's a problem that most people, if not everyone, has in the beginning. There are several techniques to become better at doing RCs when you see a dream sign. One training schedule for training "prospective memory" is explained in this article at lucidipedia, and there's a lot more around on this forum and elsewhere. |
