Nearly 2 years to dig out this thread. But anyway, rather I'd say welcome back. Indeed dream recall should be the first step. You arrive just one day after I made my big dream recall compendium here, I'm sure you'll find something of value there, you can find the link in my signature or this subforum, but maybe you took a look at it already. |
