Well you are obviously too excited about LD. Try to make sure u are calm & relaxed before u go 2 bed. Now r ur dreams fast paced? 'cause if they r, that may be another reason why u wake up, try 2 persuade urself before u go 2 bed; say 2 urself "I'm going 2 remain calm through this dream" the whole key is confidence in believing u can LD, that's basically what LD is.

The first handful of lucid dreams most ppl wakeup cause there stoked. When you get lucid you should have some sorta plan to follow. ie, im lucid, im going to stay clam an not wakeup, I will stay lucid for a long period of time. Im pretty new but I find when you say those things in the dream it lasts longer then when you get better you can say things like the dream will become much more vivid an longer as I explore.

Now, you guys say to stay calm right. well i dont even have time to get excited about it. Get this: one of my dreams involved weird half dinosaur, half human creatures. In the dream, i finally thought, "wait a minute, that cant possible happen. Im dreaming." and bam I woke up. theres no time to get excited or to stay calm. What should i do???

Well, I don't know any tips that could help you with LD's that you induce during the dream, but you might have more luck with MILDs and WILDs

Both are hard to learn, but in both cases you the dream begins as a LD, rather than obtaining lucidity midway through, so you shouldn't have to worry about waking up.
