Have you been getting enough sleep for relatively long intense REM periods?
You have probably read about this technique before, if you've been at it since October, but just in case, I'll explain it. Sometimes, I wake up dissappointed, thinking I haven't remembered any dreams. But by using this technique, I'll often end up remembering multiple detailed dreams within a few minutes.
While trying to remember, you sometimes don't remember any specific dreams or even images or scenes, but you remember a vague feeling. Or you know it involved a certain person, or you know you were outdoors, or running away from something, or you were in some public place, or you were talking to someone, etc. Go over your common dream signs in your mind, to see if any memories come. Grab on to anything like this that you can, then concentrate on it, trying to figure out what could have caused the vague feeling or whatever it is. Even remembering and concentrating on a feeling you think you might have had, or a place you think you might have been in the dream, might make you more aware of dreams and be more likely to remember them better the next night.
