      Maybe I'm missing something...

In two ocasions, my wife, by moving on the bed, woke me up and I was in a LD. The thing is:

      [] - I don't think I must be mad at her for waking me up in the middle of a LD or;
[] - Thank her, because if she didn't wake me up maybe I wouldn't remember anything in the morning.

My guess is that I'm having some LDs but I'm failling on Dream Recall.

I was reading something about ways to improve DR. Do I really have to set up an Alarm Clock?

Confidence, I have. Training, exercising, doing RC all the time etc... I'm a very dedicated student...

I can't imagine myself in a Dream without questioning: "Am I dreaming?"

So, I think my problem is Dream Recall...

I read the basics. Now I need your own and particular methods on Dream Recall... Maybe I found one of yours useful.

Please, post here and contribute to my success.

Try to keep a dream journal if you can, or even just to tell the dreams that you do remember to someone you trust. On top of that, try a little hypnosis or just some auto-suggestion for recall. Finally, try to make waking up from the end of your LD or just maintaining the memory somehow a goal. Hope this helps you.

      DJ

      I keep a Dream Journal
I keep a statistic spreadsheet on Excel, with goals
I talk to my wife about my dreams
During the day I constantly think about LD
I Do reality Checks all the time

Though, I'm having some difficulties remembering to do RC according to LaBerge method of Daily Targets.

What do I need more? Practice?

PS.: I'm not trying to induce LDs cause I read about it. I had many LDs before even knowing this site or LaBerge. Now that I understand it... I want to have more control on when it will happen...
