      Little to none

The past 5 days I have recalled little to none of my dreams. But the past 3 days before that I recalled about 3 dreams per night. My recall changed abruptly. It's frustrating because I want to work on my LDing and stuff, but without recall, I can't. I can't think of any factors that would make my recall fluctuate. And I know recall does fluctuate. But this drastically and so organized? 3 days = Good recall, next 5 days = Fragments of dreams/no recall. Why why why? I have been taking vitamin b6, drinking apple juice, eating peanut butter and bananas, eating cheese and eggs for tryptophan, but my recall is still not occurring anymore! Please help, I am in dire need.

Are you keeping a dream journal? It is absolutely essential if you want to be able to recall dreams consistently. Remember: write dreams down as soon as you wake up and take down as much detail as possible. Believe me, I know it's hard in the morning but you can go back to sleep afterwards.

Anything else you can tell us about your daily routine? Have you been going to be at a different time of the night? Have you been stressed about something lately? School? A love interest? All these things can factor into your ability to recall dreams. Of course, your diet will effect it as well. Just keep at it and keep writing in your dream journal your recall will improve in no time ; D

Yes I have been keeping a DJ very consistently as a matter of fact.

I'm not stressed, I do not have any current interest in a girl, my grades are fine, my general health is fine, my appetite is decreasing a bit because I have to take Adderall for my A.D.D. but other than that, everything's the same.

Well then all I can suggest is give it time... I find that visiting DreamViews for a few minutes before I go to bed helps my mind get into dreaming mode which usually ends up in me remember dreams more vividly and sometimes even induces lucidity. Sweet dreams!

set an alarm for a few hours before you wake up, when it goes off try and remember any dreams then set it to go off in another hour then just repeat until its the time that you actually have to get up, sorta works for me and also i just read that writing down even just a few keywords gives you a big boost in recall if your too lazy to write the whole dream down
