1-2 a night. Other wise you won't remember your lucids. Duh?
I mean before you found out about it. Like before you had to improve your recall.

Around 4-7/day, of course. Its always been good, thankfully.
Some tips maybe?
Probably around 1 a month. Started working on dream journals about 5 days ago and the past 3 days I have remembered small details of about 1 dream a night. So it's clearly working.
I probably had one every other day or so, I've always have had a good amount of dreams.
Now I have too many and it's annoying, waking up multiple times each night remembering a dream each time. It sucks, I usually only write what I can remember when I wake up.
That's quite a low number, at least in my opinion. Not to worry - make sure you're writing in your dream journal every single night, even if it's just "didn't remember any dreams". I've also read a lot of good things about keeping a waking journal, but I haven't tried this myself.Quote:
