      Need some Help on Dream Signs...

      I think ive found my dream sign, but im not sure how to use it to gain lucidity.

      My dream sign, from what i can see in my journals, is location... I always find my self in everyday places (i.e. school, and work) but nothing else is out of order besides of course, that im not really there!

      I was wondering if there is a Reality Check i could do in order to facilitate this dream sign, or do i just ask myself, when in these places, how i got there?

      Thanks for any advice you can give

      When you find yourself in that place while awake, perform a reality check.

      It will fail of course . Next look around and take in as much detail as possible. Ask yourself how it would be different if it was a dream.

      Try to remember how you got to the place. In waking life, you will have a clear memory of how you got there. This will most likely not be the case in a dream.

      Take some time to seriously question if you are dreaming.

      will do, i sure hope this works. The B6 ive been taking has created some vivid dreams, but i must realize how it is that i got there in the first place!

      I've been singing the praises of the method talked about in this post ( http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14885 ) for the last day so

      it's very effective in reminding you to do the checks.

      My problem is exactly the opposite. My Dream Sign is that I'm always travelling or going somewhere. I'm never in any normal place. So, if I'm never in my house or at work or any other place that I go to in the waking world, I don't have the opportunity to do reality checks as much.
