      Finally!

      I know this isn't anything major but to me its a very important step.

      So far i have had absolutely no dream recall (cant remember a dream since a few years ago) but last night i woke up multiple times and remembered pieces of my dreams!

      They were not very vivid and i only remember parts but its a lot better than nothing.
      The best part is how now my previously blank dream journal has a few pages for me to look back on.

      it probably feels really good to get some recall back after a while, keep using the DJ and intending to remember your dreams before bed; you will definitely see some more improvement
