      A tip for bad recall

      Hey guys,

      I'm not an pro at Lucid Dreaming - far from it actually but I've come to realize that I simply cannot get my dream recall high unless I have a clear mind and have written down dreams in the past that I have had and never wrote down. It almost seems to be some psychological effect that if I go to bed with dreams in my head that I haven't wrote yet, I simply will not remember anything.

      1.just don't move too much when you are awake, stay still close you eyes and try to rememer anything. 2.Go to bed at fixed time. 3.Have a strict DJ even if don't remember anything write down 'i did not remember any dream'4.learn to wake up conciously after REM period if possible.
