This seems like an easy thing to do since the dream is more memorable, but I had trouble last night. I had a dream inside of a dream (no, i'm not joking). I fell asleep and instantly became lucid. When I woke up (a false awakening), I fell back asleep and became lucid again. When I truly woke up, I could remember almost nothing of the two lucids I had. How can I remember them better?
