Question Possible to have a Person as a DS??

OK this might sound really crazy but, I once had an ex girlfriend (haven't we all lol) who I dreamed of before I met her.. it wasn't until months later that I remembered the dream and told her about it.. I think she thought i was just trying to be romantic.. ANYWAY It seems like every dream I have shes in it somewhere.. sometimes I don't "see" her but i can feel her.. she's very similar to the character in inception.. but instead of trying to kill me she seems to always help me with something or calm me if i'm angry.. So is this possible? to have a person as a Dream Sign? Or reoccurring DC?

Absolutely! Maybe this person is also your dream guide. She seems to display the qualities of one. I would definitely suggest trying to use her to attain lucidity.

Thanks KY the problem with that is.. It feels as if I'm hypnotized you know?? The instant I wake up I know I was dreaming but the whole time I dream no matter how bizarre only sometimes does it dawn on me that I might be dreaming.. what would you suggest? how would I tell myself that whenever I see her its a dream? or don't do anything because now that I know I'll automatically recognize her and LD?

AH, that is quite alright. Just about everyone is like that in the beginning. Now matter how bizarre the situation, you accept it as reality. The more you become lucid, the more your dream logic will improve. This just takes practice, so don't worry too much about it.

Well, now that you have it in your mind, your percentages for attaining lucidity have increased. If you want to further increase your odds, I would suggest performing a mantra as you lay down for sleep. Like, "When I see (insert name), I am dreaming, when I see (insert name), I am dreaming," or something similar. Repeating this just before sleep will help implant the thought in your mind for your upcoming dreams.
