Thread: problems with dream recall :(

hello im havin a little problem with my dream recall, I have taken multivitamins for quite a while, there is 100 % rda of b 6 and my protein powder has 76 % of my rda and I eat loads of tuna. ive never had good dream recall, but now in trying to remember its geting pretty good.

but once I try to write it down I start to forget big details. when I woke up this morning I could remember 3 different dreams but by the time I finished writing the first the other two where gone, anyone else ever had the same problem/ or know any tips to solve it, I would b very greatfull. its getting a little frustrating
