Can the fact i have speech problem be why i can't Remember dreams or have lucid ones?

I have speech problems from brain damage some time ago and
i'm really forgetful in real life. I have trouble with understanding speech and i get confused often.

i look normal but i have this stuff and life in the real world is tough in terms of jobs etc because companies don't like me cause i'm slow.

Anyways, dreams happen fast and then to be able to remember the dream once you wake up..there's not alot of time, then you forget it quicklly.

moreover, for me it takes time to even put it in words so I think that may be the reason why i can't remember much and maybe i can't have lucid dreams because of that reason.

Having a bad memory in waking life typically means you will have a harder time recalling your dreams. That doesn't make it impossible though

When you wake up try to lie still and just recall your dream(s). Once you have them recalled immediately write them down in as much detail as possible. This should greatly increase your ability to recall dreams.
