Hi there my friend, |
|
I've always been able to remember my dreams fairly well after waking up, even before I started keeping a dream journal. I would always be telling people, "I had the weirdest dream last night..." and then tell it in detail. |

Hi there my friend, |

Normally, the biggest threat to recall is stress. Have you had any big life changes or big stresses lately? |

Thanks for the replies. It's good to know that it's happened to other people and even to be expected. I had heard that stress can be a factor in not being able to remember dreams. And I do have a rebellious teenager and a dog who isn't quite potty trained living with me. But they've been here for years and the problem only started about a week ago. |

Sorry about posting in the wrong spot. Before I posted, I looked for a similar topic but didn't see one and now I see why - it was buried in the sub-menu of "Attaining Lucidity" (which is a completely different topic but whatever) and buried so well that even the website's automatic "similar topic locater" didn't find it. So since it was a newbie question, I posted it there. |

Thanks, Weakamon. I read over the Dream Recall Tutorial. (I wouldn't really call it a refresher since I had never read it before...lol.) Everything I know about dream recall, I'd read in Robert Waggoner's and Stephen LaBerge's books. But the tutorial had a few items in there that I don't recall the books mentioning so it was very helpful! |
