      dream recall vanished

      i ve been remembering 1-4 dreams per night,but the last two days my recall just vanished,not even a tiny fragment to remember,any suggetion

      Have you been waking up differently? Have you been going to sleep differently?

      I've been having the exact same problem. 2-4 detailed dreams to 0.

      It started after a night of heavy drinking. So I though cutting out alcohol completely would fix it. It's been a couple of days and the recall isn't back yet. Strange thing is, I've been really motivated and focused on dreams and awareness these last few weeks.

      I suggest you hang in there. I'm going to try to really focus on the recall before going to bed. The more complicated stuff will have to wait.
