Can my dreamsign be the phenomenon "Chaos" itself?

I'm new to Lucid Dreaming. So far I have been able to recall 4 nights of dreaming, normally 2 dreams per night. In 70% of my dreams, at one point or another, the dream generally turns into chaos, unstability or speed. Can that be my dreamsign? However, I am always able to fight and solve the problems.

      Examples:
Dream #1: I'm cycling very fast (200 km/h) and I barely am able to prevent myself from losing my balance

Dream #2: Many police cars are driving towards me from the distance (can't see them yet) and I am fleeing (although very calmly). They never catch me.

Dream #3: I'm driving and suddenly another car slams me in the side. I slam back and in the end the other car flips and is upside down.

Dream #4: My Icelandic teacher is teaching. Suddenly he starts kicking one of the students. I tell him that this is not tolerable and he stops.

Dream #5: Me and my mom are fueling up our monster mowing tractor. After fueling, she takes the wheel and starts driving. Suddenly she achieves extreme speed and starts jumping the vehicle (the vehicle jumps), trying to hit one of the many electrical poles in the way. She hits one and we get electrified but then everything settles and we are ok.

Chaos, unstability or Speed must be one of my dreamsigns. Even so, those factors never make me realise I am dreaming.

I guess, it could just be your current situation, we all go through phases in which we experience recurring themes. The problem with this, would be recognizing your dreamsign. For example, if my dream sign is school, then every time I'm at school, I should reality check. Your best best, would probably be to use a mantra before you go to sleep each night. Something like "I am dreaming when I see/feel/experience (insert which one works best) choas."
      Hope this helps!

Yeah, I have a phenomenon type dream sign as well. My dreams are usually post-apocalyptic, but the problem with that is that there are so many 'post-apocalyptics' that I can personally think of at any given moment that I wont realize that it was apocalyptic until the dream was over, which is a big pain. I like the idea of a mantra like yippie says above, but its never worked for me. Personally, I think dream incubation on a specific noticeable dream sign (like a blue rhino) would work a little better because you're more likely to notice a blue rhino than chaos or an apocalyptic setting, but that's just me. Hope that helps.
