I have been practicing recall for a couple of months now, it's been very difficult. I keep a dream journal and have only three entries for the past month. I use WBTB to think of my mantra, 'I WILL remember my dreams when I awake', but yet, I can still never remember my dreams. I do have school, and sleep for only about 5-6 hours. I also have tried to stay still immediately after I awake, but with a screeching alarm sound it is very difficult to not turn it off. If any fellow dreamers out there have any tips to help my recall, it would be greatly appreciated. |

^ In my experience, weed only really affects dream recall when you smoke it before you sleep. When I smoke, I do it early in the day and then when I sleep my dreams are so much more realistic, I get more emotionally involved, and my recall is usually normal if not better. I guess it's different for everyone. |

I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now.
