any ways to not be so tired in the morning?

i love remembering and recording my dreams, and getting a better recall. they are so interesting, and then lucid dreams are even more interesting again.
but i am so tired when i wake up and for a pretty long time after and i dont end up writing my dreams down. i am so tired that on school days i wake up from my alarm then fall straight back to sleep, then my mum will wake me up a few more times before i get up.
i have troube geting to sleep most nights and dont get enough sleep but even when i do this still seems to happen.
is there any ways other than getting more sleep (wich im working on) to not be so tired in the morning?

If you wake up by alarmclocks you sleep will generally feel worse. So try to wake up naturally either by autosuggestion or by drinking water to drink up naturally, for obvious reason.
And by the way you describe you sleep patterns, the problem might be that your internal clock is not adjusted to your awakenings. Try to get to sleep regularly at the same time for a few days and see if the problem remains. And another tip: Do not write the whole dream down upon awakening, write keywords and then later on write the whole dream down and use the keywords to trigger association memory to the dream, otherwise dream recalling will be a pain.
