      Lucid/Recall Question

So a few weeks ago I got into lucid dreaming. At first I was so pumped and I started out with the DILD technique and now I try to do some MILD as well. Anyways I keep a dream journal and at first I had a great improvement in the quality and amount of dreams I could remember. Recently school has sort of caught up with me and I'm a little more stressed out but I can no longer remember even the slightest dream. It's really depressing. Anyways anyone have any help for me?

      Thanks.

Moved to Dream signs and Recall

If you writing in your DJ and your recall was already good, then this is probably caused by stress. Is there anything you can do about your stress?

If not, just keep at your DJ, write in it even if all you remember are some fragments or feelings. If you don't remember anything, write an affirmation: "My memory is good and recall is getting better every day".

Recall can fluctuate and that's normal, so don't worry about that, I'm sure it will get better. Happy dreams

While going to bed mentally tell yourself that nothing is going to disturb your sleep. Because now you are going to dream.
Some basic meditation before sleeping can help as well, nothing advanced just imagine all your problems float away.
Stress and too much things on the mind can be a big awareness and therefore a recall killer.
