For how long have you been trying? Do you take notes during the night and do you actively try to recall your dreams when you wake up?

Don't take B6 more than every once and a while. It quickly loses its effect. I wouldn't take it more than once a week tbh, that way it retains its "special status" and every time you take it will be a special occasion.

i don't take any vitamins or supplements to increase my dream recall. and sometimes i can recall 8+ dreams in one night. and always remember at least 2 or 3 per night. to answer your question. yes, you need a mantra.. try repeating "i remember all my dreams" at night before you fall asleep. has always worked for me. don't say "i will remember my dreams" because that implies that it might happen sometime in the future. keep it present tense.

I would recommend mantras and waking up during the night. The average person normally just remembers his dream if he had just woken up from it. So when you wake up in the morning you normally just remember 1 dream. Wake up at the end of your REM cycles and you can just write the dream down then. Not recommended for someone who has trouble sleeping.

Okay then! Change what time you go to sleep keep the time you wake up or vice versa until you find what gets you a dream. When you wake up lay still and try to remember it. Go through your previous day and things that are commonly in your dreams until you spark something. Looking at the color blue helps too. Dunno why. I was told that years ago and it always helps.

I'm gonna try saying that in the present tense tonight.
