Help turning dream sign into lucid

      Hi,

I have only been doing this since 2nd Feb, and luckily had 2 LDs, both have shocked me and need help controlling.

However, the last three nights I have had a Dream Sign which would like advice on how to turn that into a Lucid experience.

This sign is me actually recording the dream I have just had. The first time this happened it brought me out of a lucid dream, the second and third dreams were just normal dreams, but they were me recording the dream I have just had.

      Thanks for any offered help!

Well, the purpose of dream signs are to use them to become lucid. A way you could do this is that every time you see, hear, or think about your dream sign, do a few reality checks. Maybe ask yourself, "Am I dreaming?" or say, "I could be dreaming."

Ha, I've had dreams like that before. I dream that I wake up and immediately start thinking "Wow, I should write that down!"

Someone invariably comes in, be it my mother or a friend. I end up telling them the story in this strange pseudo-space while the dream sort of happens at the same time.
